land County, Pennnylvania, being of sound and dinposing mind, memory
and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and
for my Last 1-1111 and Testament, hel'eby I'evoking and making void any
and all former Wills, Codicils, or wl'itings in the nature thereof,
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I ol'der and direct my Executrix, hereinafter named,
to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses
and all Inheritance, Estate, Transfer and Succession Taxes as Soon
as may be conveniently done after my death, out of my residuary estate.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
be it real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever
situate, I hereby give, devise and bequeath to Mary Ellen Rynard, of
38 West Willow Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
LASTLY: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Mary
Ellen Rynard to be the Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament,
she to serve without Bond in the Commonwealth of PennsYlvania, or
any other jurisdiction.
