LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF EDITH F. CLINE
I, EDITH F. CLINE, of the Borough of New Cumberland,
County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound
and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish
and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my decease as the same can conveniently
be done.
2.
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever
and wheresoever situate, to my husband, Earl E. Cline, his heirs
and assigns, absolutely and unconditionally.
3.
In the event that my husband, Earl E. Cline, should pre-
decease me, or should he die at about the same time as I do, such
as in an accident common to both of us, then in such event, I
give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, real, personal and
mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be situated, to
my children, share and share alike, per stirpes.
LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband,
Earl E. Cline, to be the Executor of this, my Last Will and Tes-
tament, and in the event that my said husband should predecease
me, or should he be unable to serve in such capacity for any

FAMILY AGREEMEN~
THIS AGREEMENT, made as of the 1st day of April, 1996, by and
between JEI\N WAGNER, JOYCE STOUFFER. JUDY KEr~BLE, PEGGY MOORE,
CHARLES CLINE, LINDA G.\RAY, and RONALD PRATT, individually and as
Executor of the Estate of EDITH E. el, TNE, deceased.
WIT N E SSE T fI:
The Parties hereto intending to be leg<llly bound hereby
declare, promise and agree as follows:
1. The said Edith E. Cline died Testate, an unremarried
widow on October 30, 1996, leaving a Last Will and Testament.
2. The said Last Will and Testament dated September 11,
1984, was probated by the Register of l'/ills of Cumberland County,
on November 13, 1996, and Letters Testamentary were issued and
granted to Ronald T.G. Pratt, one of the Parties hereto.
3. The said Last will and Testament of Edi th F. Cline
provided for the payment of all debts and funeral expenses, with
residue to her husband, Earl E. Cline, who predeceased her on March
24, 1989. The will furhter provided that in the event of Earl E.
Cline predeceasing her, the residue would go to her children. It
is understood and agreed that the parties heretci are her sole
living children and there is no deceased child survived by spouse
or child.
4. A State Inheritance Tax Return has been filed on or abut

April 8, 1997, being after the sale of decedent's house and lot but
a tax clearance letter is not expected until August, 1997.
5. The State Inheritance Tax l'eturn showed Inhedtance Tax
due of $3105.85, of which $3105.85 was paid with Inheritance Tax
Return.
6. The Estate of Edith F. Cline was advertised according to
lw in the Carlisle Sentinel on January 25, F~bruary 1 and 8, 1997,
and the Cumberland County Law Journal on January 31, February 7 and
14, 1997.
7. A letter from Public Nelfare was obtained and a copy is
attached.
B. The Parties hereto desire and agree to finally and
permanently settle their respective interests in the Estate of
Edith F. Cline without the formalities of filing of a First and
Final Account and the Adjudication thereof and have distributed to
themselves their respective shares in the assets of the said Estate
as hereinafter set forth. Ronald Pratt, the executor, understands
that he, as Executor, is not released from his obligations without
a fnal curt accounting and adjudication and could be personally
liable for any of decedent's unpaid debts.
9. The Parties hereto being all of the persons named in the
Last Will and Testament of Edith F. Cline, do hereby agree that
the distribution of the net assets of the Estate of Edith F. Cline
shall be distributed among them as set forth in said Will.
10. Ronald T.G. Pratt, is retaining the sum of Twenty Eight

11. We and each of us hereby accept, approve and agree that
the said accounting of the assets, liabilities and Schedule of
Distribution shall have the same force and effect as if a First and
Final Account has been filed in the Office of the Register of Wills
of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by Ronald T.G. Pratt, the
Executor with a proposed Schedule of Distribution as if the said
First and Final Account had been adjudicated and confirmed
absolutely by the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, Orphans' Court Division, and the said Court approved
the said Schedule of Distribution.
12. There are no liabilities of Edith F. Cline, deceased,
known by the Parties hereto except those herein set forth; and in
the event any legal claims hereafter appear, the Parties hereto
agree to refund to Ronald T.G. Pratt, on demand, or to any claimant
pro rata any amount of the shares received or hereafter received
in pursuance to this Agreement as may be necessary in the future
