memory 1 do hereby mnke, publish and declare thiA to be my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former
Wills of Codicils by me made.
1.
I r.;ive, devise and bequeath all of my estate, both real
and personal property, unto my son, EDGAR M. FINCK, JR.,
16b Norwood Avenue I Deal, New Jersey, absolutely, and I
hereby appoint my said son as Executor of my estate. I
further direct that regardless of the domicile and residence
01' either my son or me at the time of my death, my said son
shall not be required to file any bond as said Executor for
the faithful performance of his duties.
2.
In the event my snid son, Edgar M. Finck, Jr., shall
fail to survive me for a period of 30 days after my death,
then I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate in the
following manner:
(a) I give and devise same to my Trustee hereinafter
named, to hold, invest and reinvest the same and to pay
and apply the income arising therefrom for the support,
maintenance and education of my grandson, EDGAR M. FINCK,III.
I direct my said Trustee to pay one-third of the principal
of said trust fund unto my grandson upon his attaining the
age 01' 25 years, another one-third 01' said principal upon his
attaininr.; the, age of 30 years and the balance of said principal
upon his attaining the age of 35 years.
(b) If the same is permitted under the law of my
domicile at the time of my death, I hereby appoint Central Jersey
Bank and Trust Company, Freehold, New Jersey, as Trustee under

PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION D.B.N.C.T.A.
Petitioner, Deirdre M. Eshleman, alleges that:
1. Petitioner is the Executrix of the Estate of Edgar M.
Finck, Jr., whose date of death was October 28, 1999. Attached
as Exhibit "A" is a copy of the Letters Testamentary appointing
the Petitioner as said Executrix.
2. The decedent mentioned in Paragraph 1 above, Edgar M.
Finck, Jr., was the Executor of his mother's estate, the Estate
of Marian S. Finck. Attached as Exhibit "B" is a copy of the
Letters Testamentary granted by the Register of Wills of
Cumberland County, pennsylvania to Edgar M. Finck, Jr.
3. The Estate of Marian S. Finck was to be distributed
entirely to her surviving son, Edgar M. Finck, Jr., per her Last
Will and Testament dated June 28, 1966. A copy of said Last
~ill and Testament is attached as Exhibit "C".
4. The Estate of Marian S. Finck has not been completely
resolved in that there are unclaimed funds which are presently
being held by the Treasurer of the Commonwealth of

Massachusetts.
5. As a result of the death of Edgar M. Finck, Jr., a
complete vacancy has occurred in the office of personal
representative for the Estate of Marian S. Finck.
6. Also as a result of the death of Edgar M. Finck, Jr.,
the unclaimed funds mentioned in Paragraph 4 above will be
distributed entirely to the Estate of Edgar M. Finck, Jr. per
the Last will and Testament mentinoned in Paragraph 3 above.
7. Since the unclaimed funds mentioned in Paragraph 4
above will be distributed to the petitioner as Execut=ix of the
Estate of Edgar M. Finck, Jr., it is Petitioner's position that
she is the most logical replacement as Administratrix of the
Estate of Marian S. Finck as a result of the vacancy which
occurred in that office as of a result of the death of Edgard M.
Finck, Jr.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that Letters of
Administration D.B.N.C.T.A. be granted to her by the Register of
Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

named, to hold, invest and reinvest the same and to pay
and apply the income arising therefrom for the support,
maintenance and education of my grandson, EDGAR M. FINCK,III.
I direct my said Trustee to pay one-third of the principal
of saId trust funrl unto my grandson upon his attaining the
age of 25 years, another one-third of said principal upon his
attaining the age of 30 years and the balance of said principal
upon his attaining the age of 35 years.
(b) If the same is permitted under the law of my
domicile at the time of my death, I hereby appoint Central Jersey
8ank and Trust Company, Freehold, New Jersey, as Trustee under
