BE IT REMEMBERED, that I, GRACE W. DUNCAN, of 912 Allendale Road,
Mechanicsburg, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pcnnsylvania, being of sound
mind, memorj, and understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making null and void any and all Wills and
Testaments and writings in the nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1:
I direct that my hereinafter named Executor pay all my just debts, my
funeral expenses, and the expenses of the administration of my estate. With this direction,
I authorize and empower my Executor to expend for my funeral expenses and interment
such amounts as may be considered necessary and proper, without regard to any limit that
may be prescribed by a court of law.
ITEM 2:
I direct my Executor to pay all inheritance, estate, succession, and
legacy taxes of whatsoever nature and kind to which my estate, or the transfer of any
property passing hereunder or olherwise passing by reason of my demise, may be subject,
and to charge such taxes against my residuary estate, it being my intention that none of the
aforesaid taxcs, either federal or state, on any property required to be included in my gross
estate under the provisions of any state or federal law now in force or hereafter enacled,
shall be prorated among the persons interested in my estate to whom such property is or
may be transferred or to whom any benefit accrues.
ITEM 3:
I give and bequeath the sum of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00)
to each of my grandchildren specified, namely, BARBARA FEARNBAUGH, KATHY SUE
FEARNBAUGH, MARY G. DUNCAN, and TONY LEE DUNCAN.

ITEM 4:
give and bequeath of sum of TEN TIIOUSAND DOllARS
($10,000.00) unto STEVEN R. IIROWN, in full payment to him of any obligation owed to
him by virtue of my re.purchase from him and my daughter, ALICE, of the farm situale in
Monroe Township. Cumberland County. Pennsylvania.
ITEM S:
I give and bequeath unto my daughter. ELLEN G. DUNCAN, the first
right to purchase from my estate the Monroe Township, Cumberland County farm
heretofore mentioned. TIle first right to purchase shall enable the said Ellen G. Duncan
to acquire the premises from my estate at the fair market value as appraised for purposes
of estate settlement. If my daughter. Ellen, docs not communicate to my Executor Ihe
decision to exercise the first righl to purchase within two (2) months of the date of my
death, and not accomplish that transfer within four (4) months of the date of my death, I
direct my Executor to give to STEVEN R. BROWN a second right to purchase on the same
terms and conditions as given to my daughter. Ellen G. Duncan.
If Steven R. Brown docs not communicate to my Executor the decision to exercise
the second right to purchase. and docs not accomplish the transfer within the time frame
set forth, my Executor shall be required to offer the property to the highesi bidder at public
sale. or private sale, whichever is deemed appropriate under the circumstances.

ITEM 6:
All the rest. residue. and remainder of my estate. of whatsoever nature,
and wheresoever situate, whether it be real, personal. or mixed. including property over
which I have a power of appointment. I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughters.
ALICE M. FEARN BAUGH and ELLEN G. DUNCAN, in equal shares.

ITEM 7:
In the event that my daughter. Alice M. Fearnbaugh. should
predecease me. I give, devise. and bequeath the Monroe Township. Cumberland County
property unto my daughter. ELLEN G. DUNCAN, absolutely.

BE IT REMEMBERED, that I, GRACE W. DUNCAN, of 912 Allendale Road,
Mechanicsburg, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland Counly, Pennsylvania, being of sound
mind, memory, and understanding, do m::J:e, publish and declare this as and for my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making null and void any and all Wills and
Testaments and writings in the nature thereof by me at any lime heretofore made.
ITEM 1: I direct that my hereinafter named Executor pay all my just debts, my
funeral expenses, and the expenses of the adminislration of my estate. With this direction,
I aulhorize and empower my Executor to expend for my funeral expenses and interment
such amounts as may be considered necessary and proper, without regard to any limit that
may be prescribed by a court of law.
ITEM 2: I direct my Executor to pay all inheritance, estate, succession, and
legacy taxes of whatsoever nature and kind to which my estate, or the transfer of any
property passing hereunder or othelWise passing by reason of my demise, may be subject,
and to charge such taxes against my residuary estate, it being my intention that none of the
aforesaid taxes, either federal or state, on any property required to be included in my gross
estate under the provisions of any state or federal law now in force or hereafter enacted,
shall be prorated among the persons interested in my eslate to whom such properly is or
may be transferred or to whom any benefit accrues.
ITEM 3: I give and bequeath the sum of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00)
to each of my grandchildren specified, namely, BARBARA FEARNBAUGH, KATHY SUE
FEARNBAUGH, MARY G. DUNCAN, and TONY LEE DUNCAN.

ITEM 4: I give and bequeath of sum of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
($10,000.00) unto STEVEN R. BROWN, in full payment to him of any obligation owed to
him by virtue of my re-purchase from him and my daughter, ALICE, of the farm situate in
Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
ITEM 5: I give and bequeath unto my daughter, ELLEN G. DUNCAN, the first
right to purchase from my estate the Monroe Township, Cumberland County farm
heretofore mentioned. The first right to purchase shall enable the said Ellen G. Duncan
to acquire the premises from my estate at the fair market value as appraised for purposes
of estate settlement. If my daughter, Ellen, does not communicate to my Executor the
decision to exercise the first right to purchase within two (2) months of the date of my
death, and not accomplish that transfer within four (4) months of the date of my death, I
direct my Executor to give to STEVEN R. BROWN a second right to purchase on the same
terms and conditions as given to my daughter, Ellen G. Duncan.
If Steven R. Brown does not communicate to my Executor the decision to exercise
the second right to purchase, and does not accomplish the transfer within the time frame
set forth, my Executor shall be required to offer the property to the highest bidder at public
sale, or private sale, whichever is deemed appropriate under the circumstances.
ITEM 6: All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, of whatsoever nature,
and wheresoever situate, whether it be real, personal, or mixed, including property over
which I have a power of appointment, I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughters,
ALICE M. FEARNBAUGH and ELLEN G. DUNCAN, in equal shares.
ITEM 7: In Ihe event that my daughter, Alice M. Fearnbaugh, should
predecease me, I give, devise, and bequeath the Monroe Township, Cumberland County
property unto my daughter, ELLEN G. DUNCAN, absolutely.
