'. LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I, AMY V. GIBSON, of North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me. I. I direct that my funeral and burial shall be prearranged with the Holfman-Roth Funeral Home of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and that 1 be buried at the Westminster Cemetery in the Martin family plot, with all expenses therefor to be paid by The Mellon Bank, N.A" Trustee of the Testamentary Trust of Sherwood V, Gibson established for me upon his death on February 21, 1996. II. I devise and bequeath my residential premises which are located at 730 Longs Gap Road, Carlisle, North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, together with all fixtures, furniture and furnishings therein, and any hazard insurance policies on such real and personal property, to my nephew, ROBERT J. WERTZ and his wife, KATHERINE A. WERTZ, as tenants by the entireties, if such premises are still owned by me at the time of my death. III. I bequeath whatever other furniture I may have elsewhere by virtue of having established a separate retirement residence, to my nephew, ROBERT J. WERTZ, and his wife, KATHERINE A. WERTZ. IV. I bequeath my rings to KATHERINE A. WERTZ. V. I bequeath my motor vehicles, together with any automobile insurance thereon as follows: A. 1988 Subaru sedan, VIN JF2AC75B5JH220964 to my grandniece, KRISTIE A. WERTZ; and B. 1977 Ford Bronco, VIN UI56LX92817 to my niece, JOANNE COHICK, and her husband, PAUL COHICK, as tenants by the entireties, or to the survivor. VI. I bequeath to each of the following named persons and organizations the amount set opposite their names provided such respective persons survive me: A. JOANNE COHICK $1,000.00 B. XI. I appoint, ROBERT J. WERTZ and KATHERINE A. WERTZ, or the survivor of them Guardian of any property which passes either under this Will or otherwise to a minor and with respect to whom I am authorized to appoint a Guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided that this appointment of a Guardian shall not supersede the right of any fiduciary in its discretion to distribute a share where possible to the minor or to another for the minor's benefit.
