I, ELSIE R. TAMANOSKY, of the Borough of Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all
wills previously made by me.
I.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses,
including my gravemarker and all expenses of my last illness,
shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable
after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration
of my estate.
II.
I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my husband,
Victor J. Tamanosky, provided he survives me by thirty (30) days.
III.
Should my said husband, Victor J. Tamanosky, predecease me
or die on or before the thirtieth (30th) day following my death,
I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate of every nature and wherever situate to my issue living on
the thirty-first (31st) day following my death, per stirpes.
IV.
I grant my daughter, Jo Ann Tamanosky, the option to pur-
chase my real estate and improvements thereon erected situate at
3441 Walnut Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
from my executor, said premises to be valued for purposes of such
option by an appraisal to be secured by my executor from the
appraiser nearest to the location of said premises who is a

3441 Walnut Slreet, Cump II ill , Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, lIaving been udvised of this
option and my rights thereto under the Lust Will, I hereby release the option given to me by
virtue of the Last Will, I do not desire to purchase the real estate .as referenced and direct that
the rcal estate be disposed of in accordunce with thc Last Will of my mothcr and under the
direction and administration of my sister, Vicki M. Koeppe, the Executrix,

chase my real estate and improvements thereon erected situate at
3441 Walnut Street, Camp lIill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
from my executor, said premises to be valued for purposes of sueh
option by an appraisal to be secured by my executor from the
appraiser nearest to the location of said premises who is a
