LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ALICE T. RENSVOLD
I, ALICE T. RENSVOLD, of Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any will
previously made by me.
ITEM I: I devise and bequeath all of my tangible personal
property in equal shares to my sons, JAMES S. RENSVOLD and RAYMOND R.
RENSVOLD.
ITEM II: I give and bequeath to the Trustee hereinafter named,
IN TRUST, the sum of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000.00) Dollars for each
grandchild of mine living at the time of my death, for the following
uses and purposes:
A. To expend and apply so much of the net income and the
principal of the trust as the Trustee shall, in her sole discretion,
deem advisable for the child's support, education (including college
education, trade school and graduate school) and medical care.
B. When the child reaches the age of twenty-three (23)
years, he or she may, upon written demand to the Trustee, withdraw
one-third of the remaining balance of the trust principal and accumu-
lated or undistributed income.
C. When the child reaches the age of twenty-six (26) years,
he or she may, upon written demand to the Trustee, withdraw one-third

of the remaining balance of the trust principal and accumulated or
undistributed income.
D. When the child reaches the age of twenty-nine (29)
years, he or she may, upon written demand to the Trustee, withdraw the
entire remaining balance of the trust principal and accumulated or
undistributed income.
E. Should the child die before receiving the entire balance
of the trust, the trust shall terminate and the principal and accumu-
lated income shall be paid to the then living issue of said child, per
stirpes. Should the child die leaving no issue, the principal and
accumulated income shall be paid to my then living issue, per stirpes.
F. Should any person entitled to distribution from this
trust be, in the opinion of the Trustee incapable of disbursing it
because of age, illness or other cause, and should it be impossible or
inadvisable, in the opinion of the Trustee, for such share to be
awarded to such person or distributed to another for such person's
benefit, the share of such person shall be held, IN FURTHER TRUST, and
the Trustee shall accumulate the income and shall apply from time to
time such portions of income, accumulated income and principal as they
think proper for that person's support and education (including
education in college, trade school or graduate school) without regard
to his or her parent's ability to provide for such support or educa-
tion, or to make payment for these purposes without further responsi-
bility to the beneficiary or to the beneficiary's parent, or to any
person taking care of the beneficiary. Any principal or income not so

applied shall be distributed to the bene[icial-y when he or she becomes
of age or competent, or to the pel-sonal repl-esentative of the
beneficiary's estate in case of death during minority or before
becoming competent.
ITEM III: I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate, of whatever nature and wherever situate,
in equal shares to my two sons, JAMES S. RENSVOLD and RAYMOND R.
RENSVOLD, or their issue, per stirpes.
ITEM IV: I appoint my Executrix and her successors guardian of
any property which passes, either under this will or otherwise, to a
minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a guardian
and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided that this ap-
pointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right of any fiduciary
in its discretion to distribute a share where possible to the minor or
to another for the minor's benefit. Such guardian shall have the
power to use principal as well as income from time to time for the
minor's support and education (including college education, both
graduate and undergraduate) without regard to his or her parent's
ability to provide for such support and education, or to make payment
for these purposes, without further responsibility, to the minor or to
the minor's parent or to any person taking care of the minor.
ITEM V: The interests of the beneficiaries hereunder shall not
be subject to anticipation or to voluntary or involuntary alienation.
ITEM VI: I appoint my daughter-in-law, ELIZABETH D. RENSVOLD,
Trustee of any trust created under this my Last will and Testament.

being one of the beneficiaries under the will of ALICE T. RENSVOLD, do
hereby acknowledge that I have received all sums of money and property
due me by virtue of the death of ALICE T. RENSVOLD, in full satisfac-
tion and settlement of all of my rights and claims under her estate.
I further declare, intending to be legally bound, that I hereby
waive my right to require the filing of a First and Final Account and
Proposed Schedule of Distribution in any Court of Common Pleas having
jurisdiction over the same, and I acknowledge that I have had an
opportunity to examine copies of the books and records of the said
estate, and I agree to the final distribution of the estate without
further formalities, and with the same force and effect as if a First
and Final Account and Proposed Distribution had been filed in a Court
of Common Pleas of Pennsylvania having jurisdiction over the same and
duly audited and confirmed.
AND THEREFORE, I, RAYMOND R. RENSVOLD, do by these presents,
remise, release, quitclaim and forever discharge the Executrix, her
heirs, successors and assigns, from the acts of the Executrix as
