I, GALEN B. IlI~ANDT, or the Borough or New Cumber-
land, County or Cumberland, and Commonwealth or pennsylvania,
being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
and making void any rormer Wills or testamentary dispositions
heretofore made.
ITEH I. I direct that my hereinafter named
Executrix pay my just debts and funeral expenses as soon
after my death as is practicable.
ITEH II. I give, devise and bequeath all of my
estate, real and pe~~~~of whatsoever kind and wherever
situate, to my wife, E. BRANDT, provided that she sur-
vives me by thirty days following the day of my death.
ITEH III. In the event that my said wife should
predecease me or should fail to survive me by thirty days
following the day of my death, then I give, devise and bequeath
my estate as follows:
A. I give and bequeath to my daughter, BARBARA J,
BRANDT, my antique rocking chair and antique lamps.
B. I give and bequeath to my daughter, PATRICIA G.
BRANDT, my antique cradle.
C. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate
to my daughters, BARBARA J. BRANDT and PATRICIA G. BRANDT, in
equal shares, or their issue per stirpes.

authorized to appoint a guardian and have not otherwise

both graduate and undergraduate) without regard to his or her
parent's ability to provide for such support and education, or
to make payment for these purposes, without further responsi-
bility, to the minor or to the minor's parent or to any person
taking care of the minor.

AND NOW, this ~day , 1998, it appearing
that the First and Final Account of Proposed Distribu-
tion of PNC Bank, N.A., Executor of the Last Will and Testament of
GALEN D, BRANDT, Deceased, have been duly filed and advertised accord-
ing to law and Rules of Court, and said First and Final Account and
Statement of Proposed Distribution have been confirmed and approved by
the above Court in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on April
28, 1998; and it further appearing that the said Executor has in its
Statement of Proposed Distribution proposed to distribute certain Real
Estate in kind to PATRICIA G. KIRK and BARBARA J. BRANDT, in accor-
dance with the provisions of the Last Will and Testament of GALEN D.
BRANDT, Deceased, and the Court aforesaid having decreed distribution
in accordance with said Statement of Proposed Distribution.
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all right, title and
interest of the said GALEN D. BRANDT, Deceased, in and to
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land situate in the Borough of
New Cumberland, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsyl-
vania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to
wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the western line of Rosemont Avenue, on
the dividing line between Lots Nos, 1 and 2, Block "A", on the
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence in a southerly direc-
tion fifty (50) feet to the dividing line between Lots Nos, 2 and
3, Block "A", on said plan of Lots; thence in a westerly direc-
tion along said last mentioned dividing line one hundred fifty

(150) feet to a point at Lot No.8 of the said plan of Lots;
thence in a northerly direction fifty (50) feet to a point on the
dividing line between Lots No. 1 and 2, Block "A" of said Plan of
Lots; thence in an easterly direction along the last mentioned
dividing line one hundred fifty (150) feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No.2, Block "A" as shown on plan No.5, Rosemont
Addition to the Borough of New Cumberland, said Plan being
recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book
3, Page 64. Thereon erected a single bungalow, No. 110 Rosemont
Avenue, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Sara R. Whitcomb, widow, by
her deed dated November 10, 1952, and recorded November 10, 1952,
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County in Deed Book , Page , granted and conveyed unto
Galen B. Brandt and Alice E. Brandt, husband and wife. The said
Alice E. Brandt died May 28, 1974, thus vesting title in Galen B.
Brandt by operation of law, the decedent.
is hereby awarded unto PATRICIA G. KIRK and BARBARA J. BRANDT in fee
simple.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that a certified copy of the
Decree be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, among the deeds recorded in said
Office, said Decree to be indexed in the Grantor Index against the
Estate of GALEN D. BRANDT, Deceased, and in the Grantee Index to
PATRICIA G. KIRK and BARBARA J. BRANDT, pursuant to the Probate,
Estates and Fiduciaries Code, Act of 1972, P.L. 164, Section 3536 (20
PA. C.S.A. 3536).

I, GALEN II. lIRANDT, of the 1I0rough of New Cumber-
land,' County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
and making void any former Wills or testamentary dispositions
heretofore made.
ITEM I. I direct that my hereinafter named
ExecutriX pay my just debts and funeral expenses as soon
after my death as is practicable.
ITEM II. I give, devise and bequeath all of my
estate, real and personal of whatsoever kind and wherever
situate, to my wife~~ E. BRANDT, provided that she sur-
vives me by thirty days following the day of my death.
ITEM III. In the event that my said wife should
predecease me or should fail to survive me by thirty days
following the day of my death, then I give, devise and bequeath
my estate as follows:
A. I give and bequeath to my daughter, BARBARA J.
BRANDT, my antique rocking chair and antique lamps.
B. I give and bequeath to my daughter, PATRICIA G.
BRANDT, my antique cradle.
C. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate
to my daughters, BARBARA J. BRANDT and PATRICIA G. BRANDT, in
equal shares, or their issue per stirpes.

ITEM IV. T appoint CUMBERLAND COUNTY NATIONAL
BANK AND TRUST C~IPANY, of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania,
guardian of any property which passes, either under this Will
or otherwise, to a minor and with respect to which I am
authorized to appoint a guardian and have not otherwise
specifically done so. Such guardian shall have the power to
use principal as well as income from time to time for the
minor's support and education (including college education,
both graduate and undergraduate) without regard to his or her
parentis ability to provide for such support and education, or
to make payment for these purposes, without further responsi-
