I, OORTHA DUCKWORTH, residing at 200 West 54th
street, in the Borough of Manhattan, City and state of
New YOrk, being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do hereby make, pUblish and declare the followin~ to be
my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all
other Wills and Codicils heretofore at any time made by
me.
FIRST:
I direct that all of my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as may
be practicable.
SECOND:
I give and bequeath the sum of One
Thousand ($1,000) Dollars each to the following persons:
MISS GRACE CARNEY, residing at 179 South Compo Road,
Westport, Connecticut 06880; MRS. LOUISE KIRTLAND
ALEXANDER, residing at Ansonia Hotel, Broadway at 73rd
Street, New York City 10023; MRS. AUGUSTA DABNEY PRINCE,
residing at North Mountain Drive, Dobbs Ferry, New York
10522, MRS. MARY KAY STEARNS, residing at 2711 Sea View
Street, Corona Del Mar, California 92625 and NICK
RICCELLI, residing at 40 Burtis Avenue, Yonkers, New

THIRD:
I give and bequeath the sum of One
Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500) Dollars to my friend, MR.
KRIS CLUGSTON, residing at c/o Mrs. Liz Straka of North
Wales, Pennsylvania.
FOURTH:
All of the rest, residue and remainder
of my property and estate of every kind and nature, real
as well as personal and wheresoever situate of which I
may die seized or possessed or to which I may be in any
way entitled at the time of my death, I give, devise and
bequeath in equal shares ~ stirpes to my nephew
RICHARD DUCKWORTH JOHNSON, residing at 1304 Van Fleet
Street, Great Bend, Kansas 67530; to my nephew GREGORY

located at 450 Wilkins Avenue, California, Pennsylvania
15419.
FIFTH: I direct that any and all inheritance,
succession, estate and legacy taxes levied by the United
states or by any state or political subdivision thereof
upon, or upon the transfer of my estate or any part
thereof passing hereunder, as well as any such taxes
upon any other property which by law shall, for purposes
of taxation, be included in my gross taxable estate, be
paid from my residuary estate.
SIXTH: without anywise limiting their general
power and authority, I authorize and empower my
executors in their discretion:
(a) To retain during the administration of
my estate any and all property and investments of
mine in the form in which I may leave them.
(b) To sell, mortgage, lease or otherwise
dispose of the whole or any part of any real
property or share or interest therein of which I
may die seized or possessed, any such sale to be
public or private, and at such time and upon such
terms as my executors shall deem proper and to
make execute and deliver all deeds, mortgages,
leases and other instruments necessary or proper
to convey, transfer, mortgage, lease or otherwise
dispose of the same.
(c) To distribute my estate to those
entitled thereto in money, in kind or partly in
kind and partly in money.

SEVENTH: I nominate, constitute and appoint my
nephew, GREGORY JOHNSON, as Executor of this my Last
Will and Testament, or if for any reason he shall fail
to qualify or having qualified shall, die, resign or
become incapable of acting, I nominate, constitute and
appoint, my nephew, DAVID JOHNSON, as Executor in his
place and stead, and I direct that no bond or other
security for qualification or for the faithful
performance of the duties of such office shall be
required of my executors in any jurisdiction.

Dear Mr. Walters:
The value as of the date of death was $62,487.29.
In looking through the file Ms. Duckworth named her sister,
Martha Johnson, as her primary beneficiary. As such, she is
entitled to the remaining payments or electing a commuted value.
If she has predeceased her sister the contingent beneficiaries
are her three nephews and one niece, Richard, Gregory and David
Johnson, and Diane Weil. They, too, have the same option.
To settle the claim we need a letter from Martha Johnson telling
us want she wants to do along with a W4-P and a W9. If she does
elect the remaining payments she should also send us a signed,
witnessed letter stating who she wants her beneficiaries to be.
We would also need a copy of Ms. Duckworth's death certificate.
If Martha has predeceased Dortha, we would also need a copy of
her death certificate and a letter from each of the contingent
beneficiaries stating what they wish to do along with W4-P's and
W9's. If they should elect the remaining payments then they
should send us letters stating who they want their beneficiaries
to be.
Should you have any questions or need any further information do

Monday, December 23rd, and Friday December 27th. I will be off
the two days before New Year's and after that I will be in the
