I, MlIRIF. V. FICKES, of the Borough of Mechanic&-
burg, County of cumberland and State of pennsylvania,
being of sound an~ disposing mind, memory and understand-
ing, do make, pul:1ish and declare this to he my Last \'li11
and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former
IQi11s by me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses
to be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
2.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate,
real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situ-
ate, I give, devise and bequeath unto my son, E. DOnald
Fickes.
3.
In the event, however, that my said son should
predecease me, or as the result of a disaster common to

both of us, should die at about the same time as I die, or
within ten (10) days from the date of my death, then I di-
rect that my Residuary Estate be divided in equal shares
between his widOW, Barbara C. Fickes, and the First United
Methodist Church, of Mechanicshurg, Pennsylvania.

LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my son,
E. DOnald Fickes, to be the Executor of this, my Last will
and Testament. He shall not be required to file bond or
other security in the office of the Register of Wills for

the purpose of ndministering my Est3te. If he should pre-
deceasc me, or for any other reason is unable to act, or
to continue to act, as Executor of my Estatc, I appoint
the Commonwealth National Danl: to be the Executor in his
place and stead.
