and dispoaing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish
and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
making void any and all prior Willa by me at any time heretofore
made.

I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my deoease as the same oan be oonvenient1y
done.
2.
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, wllBtsoever and
wheresoever the same may be situate, to my two (2) ohildren and
two (2) stepchildren, to wit, my son, MERVIN E. SHEARER, my
daughter, GOLDIE MAE BELL, my stepson, DONALD LEHMER, and my
stepson, DALE LEIU-tEn, share and share alike, per stirpes.
LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, MERVIN
E. SHl~ARER, Exeoutor of this my Last Will and Testament, and in
the event that my said son should predeoease me, or should he be
unable or unwilling to serve 1n suoh oapaoity for any reason, then
in suoh event, I nominate, constitute and appoint my stepson,
