I, HENRY BRANDT, of the Borough of Camp Hill, County of Cumber-
land and Commonwealth of pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will
and revoke any will previously made by me.
ITEM II I give and devise all of my estate, real and personal,
wherever situate, to my wife, FERNE L. BRANDT.
ITEM II: If my wife, FERNE L. BRANDT, fails to survive me, I
devise and bequeath all of my estate as follows:
A. Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars to my brother, ANDREW
BRANDT, if he survives mel
B. Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars to my wife's niece,
