Stevick,late of 425 West Simpson Strcct. Mechanicsburg, Cumherland County,
Pennsylvania, dccc.1sed died testate on November 9. 1996, having tirst made his Last Will
and Testament, which was duly executed on February 8. 1980;
WHEREAS, the said Frank W. Stevick. hy the aforesaid Last Will And Testament,
named Alfred E. Stevick as Exccutor of said 1..15t Will and Testament;
WHEREAS, Alfred E. Stevick renounced in favor of Frances K. Stevick;
WHEREAS, Letters on the Estate of the said Decedent were duly issued by the
Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania to the said Executrix, hereinafter
called Personal Representative;
WHEREAS, the said Personal Representative has gathered the assels of the Estate
of the said Decedent and the assels consist of cash and home with a total value of
$178,791.16, as set forth in Exhibit "A", which is a statement of account of said Personal
Representative, and which is allached hereto and made a part hereof, and marked as Exhibit
"A";
WHEREAS, the debts and deductions, including the payment of inheritance lax of
the said Estate in the amount of $19,049.24 , leaving a balance for distribution of
$159,741.92 . also set forth in the statement of the said Personal Representative which is
attached hereto and marked as Exhibit" A";
WHEREAS, the balance for distribution as shown in the said statement marked
Exhibit" A' has bccn reduced to cash and has bccn dislributed as herein indicated in
accordance with the tenns of the Last Will and Testament of the said Decedent which Last
Will and Testament is atl.1ched hereto as Exhibit "nO;

DUNCAN, FRANCES K. STEVICK AND CONSTANCE STEVICK,
ADMINISTRATRIX OF nlE ESTATE Or: ALFRED E. STEVICK, heing all the heirs
under the Last Will and Testament of the S<lid Decedent and heing those pcrsons entitled to
inherit under said L1st Will and Teslamenl, du herehy each of us acknowledge that we have
this day received from the aforesaid Personal Repre!>Cntative, in litll satisfaction and
payment of all sums or sums of money, legacies, bequests, and deviscs as was given,
devised and bcquc.1thed to each of us respectively hy the said Last Will And Testament, the
amounts due us under said L1st Will And Testament which amounts we have received this
day, and which amounts arc in the amount sct opposite our respt.'Ctive names in the table
and schedule of distribution and said statement attached hereto and marked Exhibit" A";
The undersigned understand that $500,00 will be held by the Executrix for a pcriod
of up to one (I) yc.1r. The money heing held will be uscd to pay any miscellancous
expcnscs which become due and the money will be used to pay any interest or pcnalties
which may be assesscd against the Estate. At the expiration of one (I) year or at the
Executrix's option, any moneys remaining will be disbursed pursuant to the pcrcentages
specified by the Will attached hereto as Exhibit "B". The Executrix will not be required to
make a separate formal accounting of the $500.00 but rather will only be required to
reasonably explain any expcnditure by letter to the remaining beneficiaries.
AND, each of us docs hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expcnsc and time
involved in the filing of a formal account and schedule distribution, we each agree that no
account is necessary and we do hereby agree that we do consent to distribution being made
wilhout the filing of an account and schedule of distribution, the same to be with the same
force in effect as if they had blocn filed and cunfirmed by the Orphans' Cour! Division of
Cour! of Common Pleas of Cumberland County.

under the Last Will and Testament of the said Decedent and being those persons entilled 10
inherit under said Last Will and Testament, do hereby each of us acknowledge that we have
this day received from the aforesaid Personal Representative, in full salisfaction and
paymenl of all sums or sums of money, legacies, bequests, and devises as was given,
devised and bequeathed to each of us respectively by the said Last Will And Testament, the
amounts due us under said Last Will And Testament which amounts we have received this
day, and which amounts are in the amount set opposite our respective names in the table

The undersigned understand that $500,QO will be held by the Executri x for a period
of up to one (I) year. The money being held will be used to pay any miscellaneous
expenses which become due and the money will be used to pay any interest or penalties
which may be assessed against the Estate. At the expiration of one (I) year or at the
Executrix's option, any moneys remaining will be disbursed pursuant to the percentages
specified by the Will attached hereto as Exhibit "B", The Executrix will not be required to
make a separate formal accounting of the $500.QO but ralher will only be required to
reasonably explain any expendilure by letter to the remaining beneficiaries.
AND, each of us does hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expense and time
involved in the ftIing of a fonnal account and schedule distribution, we each agree that no
account is necessary and we do hereby agree that we do consent to distribution being made
without the filing of an account and schedule of distribution, the same to be wilh the same
force in effect as if they had been filed and con finned by the Orphans' Court Division of
Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County.
