decedent does not exceed $25,000.00.
7. That the property of the decedent and the values of the
several items thereof are as follows:
a, Check Numbered 045118, dated November 27, 1996, issued by
Consumers Life Insurance company, made payable to the Estate of
Marlin Sheaffer in the amount of $80.60;
b. Check numbered 062159, dated November 27, 1996, issued by
Consumers Life Insurance Company, made payable to the Estate of
Marlin Sheaffer in the amount of $1,259.81;
c. Check numbered 02649326, dated December 18, 1996, issued
by Combined Insurance Company of Amer ica, made payable to the'
Estate of Marlin R. Sheaffer in the amount of $84.36;
d. Check numbered L814962, dated December 17, 1996, issued
by Erie Insurance Group, made payable to Muriel M. Sheaffer and the
Estate of Marlin R. Sheaffer in the amount of $1,401.57; and
e. Treasurer's check numbered 2064042, dated December 3,
1996, issued by Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust company, made
payable to the Estate of Marlin R. Sheaffer in the amount of
$4,709.89; and
f. Check numbered 0009408394 dated December 23, 1996, issued
by Lowe's Credit CA, made payable to Marlin R. Sheaffer in the
amount of $9.57.
Copies of checks referred to hereinabove under Paragraph
7a,-f. are attaohed hereto as Exhibit "B" and inoorporated herein
by referenoe.
