deoease, then and in that event, I give, bequeath and devise the
share of said deceased benefioiary unto the remaining
benefioiaries named in Paragraph SECOND A above, in equal shares,
share and share alike.
B.) I give, bequeath and devise the
remaining one-half (1/2) of my said estate unto my daughter,
Jessie M. Kile, and granddaughter, Sherry L.Wagner, in equal
shares, share and share alike.
In the event that either of the
beneficiaries named in Paragraph SECOND B above predecease my
decease, then and in that event, I give, bequeath and devise the
share of said deceased beneficiary unto the remaining beneficiary
named in Paragraph SECOND B above.
In the event that any beneficiary be a minor
at the time of my decease, then and in that event, I name,
oonstitute and appoint my blood relative who is the parent of
said minor as the guardian of the estate of said minor child.
FOURTH:
Any person who shall have died within thirty
(30) days of my death, or under such ciroumstanoes that the order
of our deaths cannot be established by proof, shall be deemed to
have predeceased me.
FIFTH:
I name, constitute arid appoint my daughter,
Jessie M. Rile, as the Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament.
