Carlisle), Cumberland County, Pennsylvunia, being of sound und disposing mind, memory and
understandin~, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for lilY Lust Will and Testument,
hereby revokmg and making void any und ull Wills und Codicils heretofore mnde.
FIRST
I direct the payment of my just dehts and funeral expenses us soon ufter my deuth as may
be convenient.
SECOND
I declare that I am now unman'led. I huve three (3) children by my prior husbund, to wit:
Tammy J. Kutz, a daughter horn October 10,1961, now of 12 N0I1h Hanover Street, Carlisle,
Pennsylvunia 17013; Thomas Joseph Hock, a son born November 6, 1965, now of 221 North
Middleton Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013; and Tonya Jeanine Warren, a daughter born May
15,1973, now of 4032 Rawleigh Street, HlllTisburg, Pennsylvunia 17013. I have no deceased
children nor any other children living by my former husband or otherwise.
THIRD
I make the following specific bequests:
(a) To my daughter Tammy J. Kutz I give und bequeath my oak dining room table and
chairs.
(b) To my son Thomas Joseph Hock I give and bequeath my oak washstand.
(c) To my daughter Tonya Jeanine Wurren I give and bequeath my marble top washstand
and my rocker.
(d) To my parents Thomus and Lois Barrick, or the successor or survivor of them, of 60
Belly Nelson Court, Carlisle, Pennsylvunin, I give und bequeath my television and television
stand.
(e) To my sister Violet Lnwyer of R.D. #2, Box 376 A-3, Liverpool, Pennsylvania I give
and bequeath my workshop dish collection and shadow hox.
(0 To my sister Grace Jones of 2225 Aspen Drive, Mechnnicshurg, Pennsylvania I give
and bequeath my 2 brass lamps, coffee tnble and two end tables, all currently in my living room,
and the picture of two little girls feeding ducks currently in my bedroom.
(g) To my sister Rose Tregl of 116 Strayer Drive, Curlisle, Pennsylvania I give and
bequeath my collection of pampered chefs und my bed together with its dust ruffle.
(h) To my sister Donnn Barrick of 628 South 26th Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvunin I
give and bequeath my collection of Longaberger buskets and my baskct which Ircceiwd from my
grandmother.
FOURTH
All the rest, residue nncl remainder of my estnte, renl, personal and mixcd, and
wheresoever the same may be situatc, I give, devise and bequeath, in cquul shures, per stirpes and
not per capita, unto such of my children as shall survive me by ninety (90) days, but should any of
them fail to so survive me then the share such deceased child of mine would have received shull
pass to such of his or her issue as shull survivc me by a period of ninety (90) days, per stirpes,
and if there be no such issue the same shnlllapse and be added to the remaining share or shares.
