RONALD C. STIELY
I, RONALD C. STIELY, of Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any will
previously made by me.
ITEM-I: I direot that my executor hereinafter named shall pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease.
ITEM II: I devise and bequeath the :cesidue of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate to my brother, DARVIN L. STIELY, of
Klingerstown, Pennsylvania. Should my brother, DARVIN L. STIELY, fail
to survive me, I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate, of
every nature and wherever situate, to LARRY eI,OUSER, of Valley view,
Pennsylvania. Should LARRY CLOUSER fail to survive me, I devise and
bequeath the residue of my estate, of every nature and wherever
situate, to my sister-in~law, PATRICIA STIELY. Should my sister-in-
law, PATRICIA STIELY, fail to survive me, I devise and bequeath the
residue of my estate, of every nature and wherever situate, to my
nephew, ALLEN STIELY.
ITEM III: I have made no provision in this my last will for my
children as I do not wish them to receive any share of my estat.e.

I, RONALD C. STIELY, of Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any will
previously made by me.
ITEM ~: I direct that my executor hereinafter named shall pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease.
ITEM II: I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate to my brother, DARVIN L. STIELY, of
Klingerstown, Pennsylvania. Should my brother, DARVIN L. STIELY, fail
to survive me, I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate, of
every nature and wherever situate, to LARRY CLOUSER, of Valley View,
Pennsylvania. Should LARRY CLOUSER fail to survive me, I devise and
bequeath the residue of my estate, of every nature and wherever
situate, to my sister-in-law, PATRICIA STIELY. Should my sister-in-
law, PATRICIA STIELY, fail to survive me, I devise and bequeath the
residue of my estate, of every nature and wherever situate, to my
nephew, ALLEN STIELY.
!TEM III: I have made no provision in this my last will for my
ch~ldren as I do not wish them to receive any share of my estate.

provisions of the Unit Property Act of the Commonwealth of

Common Elements as more fully set forth in the aforesaid
Declaration of Condominium and Declaration Plans, as amended
from time to time.
The Grantee, for and on behalf of the Grantee and the Grantee's

acceptance of this Deed, coveaants and agrees to pay such
charges for the maintenance of, repairs to, replacement of and
expenses in connection with the Common Elements as may be

covenants and agrees that the unit conveyed by this Deed shall
be subject to a charge for all amounts so assessed and that,

one of the beneficiaries under the will of Ronald C. Stiely, do hereby
acknowledge that I have r.eoeived nIl sums of money and property due me
by virtue of the death of Ronald C. Stiely, in full satisfaction and
settlement of all of my rights and claims under hi.s estate.
I further c\eclare, intending to be legally bound, that I hereby
waive my right to require the filing of a I'irst and Final Account and
Proposed Schedule of Distribution in any Court of Common Pleas having
jurisdiotion over the same, and I acknowledge that I have had an
opportunity to examine copies of the books and records of the said
estate, and I agree to the final distribution of the estate without
further formalities, and with the same force and effect as if a First
and Final Account and Proposed Distribution had been filed in a Court
of Common Pleas of Pennsylvania having jurisdiction over the same and
duly audited and confirmed.
AND THEREFORE, I, Darvin L. Stiely, do by these presents, remise,
release, quitclaim and forever discharge the Executor, his heirs,
successors and assigns, from the acts of the Executor as aforesaid,
and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reokonings,
