LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARGARET S. TYSON
I, Margaret. S. Tyson, widow, of the Borough of Mechanicsbur<;l,
county of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and
disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and de-
clare this to be my last wi 11 and testament, hereby revoking and
making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses as soon as conveniently may be aftar my decease.
2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, I give, de-
vise and bequeath to my three children, Ann E. Jorgensen, James D.
Tyson, and Mary E. Hair, in equal shares.
3. Lastly, I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, James
D. Tyson, to be the executor of this my last will and testament.
I f he should predecease me, or for any other reason fail to quali-
fy as such executor, then I nominate, constitute and appoint my
daughter, Mary E. Hair, to be the executrix in his place and stead.
