LAST WILL AND TBSTAMBNT or
DOROTHBA B. WHITE
!, DOROTHEA B. WHITB, of Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and deolare this my Last will and
Testament, hereby revoking any and all prior wills and codicils thereto
by me at any time heretofore m~de. I specifically revoke my Last Will
and Testament dated May 24, 1978.
FIRS'r
I direct that all my just debts and the expenses of my last illness
and funeral shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as
practicable after my decease.
I authorize my personal representative to expend funds from my
estate, in such amounts as my personal representative shall consider
necessary and desirable, for the purchase, erection and inscription of
a suitable marker for my grave.
SECOND
I give and bequeath all automobiles, household effects and other
tangible personal property, not including cash or securities, owned by
me at my death, together with all policies of insurance thereon to the
following persons:
1} One half (1/2) of my personal property shall be
distributed to James L. Zerbe. In the event that he shall
predecease me, his share of my personal property shall be
equally divided between Michael J. Zerbe, Bryan S. Zerbe, Mark
D. Zerbe and Christa Zerbe LeMasters.
2) One eighth (1/8) of my personal property shall be
distributed to Michael J. Zerbe
3) One eighth (1/8) of my personal property shall be
distributed to Bryan S. Zerbe
4) One eighth (1/8) of my personal property shall be
distributed to Mark D. Zerbe
5) One eighth (1/8) of my personal property shall be
distributed to Christa Zerbe LeMasters.
In the event that any of the beneficiaries mentioned in items 2-5
of this paragraph shall predecease me, their share shall be equally
distributed to the beneficiaries remaining in items 2-5 of this
paragraph.

I give, devise and bequeath the residue of my estate, of every
nature and wherever situate, to the following persons:
1) One half (1/2) of the residue of my estate shall. be
distributed to James J.. Zerbe. In the event that he shall
predecease me, his share shall be distributed equally to
Miohael J. Zerbe, Bryan s. Zerbe, Mark D. Zerbe and Christa
Zerbe LeMasters.
2) One eighth (1/8) of the residue of my estate shall be
distributed to Michael J. Zerbe.
3) One eighth (1/8) of the residue of my estate shall be
distributed to Bryan S. Zerbe.

All principal and income, until actual distribution to the
benef iciaries, shall be free of the debts, contraots, assignments,
alienations and antioipations of any beneficiary, and the same shall not
be subject to any levy, attaohment, exeoution or sequestration.
FIFTH
I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my
death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be
paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expenses of the
administration of the estate.
.SIXTH
My personal representative shall have the followi.ng powers in
addi.tion to those vested in them by law and by other provisions of this
Will:
A.
To retain any or all assets of my estate, real or personal,
without regard to any principle of diversification, risk or
productivity.
To invest in all forms 01' property as my fiduciary deems
proper without regard to any principle of diversification,
risl< or prOductivity.

C. To purohase investments at a premium or disoount.
D. To exert,ise all rights of. a seourity holder or shareholder in
any oorporation; to give proxies; t.o join in any merger,
oonsolidation, reorganization, voting trust plan, or othf.lr
concerted action of. security holders; and to delegate
discretionary duties with respect thereto.
E. To sell at public or private sale, to exchange or to lease,
for any period of time, any real or personal property, and to
give options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices
and upon such terms or conditions as he deems proper.
F. To allooate receipts and expenses to principal or income, or
partly to eaoh.
G. To borrow money from my corporate fiduciary or others and to
mortgage or pledge any real or personal property as security
th(,refore, in his sole disoretion.
H. To compromise any claim or controversy without order of oourt
or consent of any beneficiary.
I. To exercise any option, right or privilege granted in
insurance policies or arising from ownership of investments.
J. To make any distribution herein provided for in cash, in kind,
or partly in each, at valuations fixed by my personal
representative at the time of distribution.

LAST WILL AND TECTAMENT OF
DOROTHEA B. WHITE
I, ~OROTHEA n. WHITE, of Camp Hill, Cumberland county,
pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
und.rstanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking any and all prior wills and codicils thereto
by me at any time heretofore made. I specifically revoke my Last Will
and Testament dated May 24, 1978.

I direct that all my jupt debts and the expenses of my last illness
and funeral shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as
praotiolble after my decease.
I authorize my personal representative to expend funds from my
estate, in such amounts as my personal representative shall oonsider
necessary and desirable, for the purchase, erection and inscription of
a suitable marker for my grave.
SECOND
I give and bequeath all automobiles, household effects and other
tangible personal property, not inoluding cash or securities, owned by
me at my death, together with all policies of insurance thereon to the
following persons:
1) One half (1/2) of my personal property shall be
distributed to James L. Zerbe. In the event that he shall
predecease me, his share of my personal property shall be
equally divided between Michael J. Zerbe, Bryan S. Zerbe, Mark
D. Zerbe and Christa Zerbe LeMasters.
2) One eiqhth (1/8) of my p~rsona 1 property aha 11 be
distributed to Michael J. Zerbe
3) One eighth (1/8) of my personal property shall be
distributed to Bryan S. Zerbe
4) One eighth (1/8) of my personal property shall be
distributed to Mark D. Zerbe
5) One eighth (1/8) of my personal property shall be
distributed to Christa Zerbe LeMasters.
In the event that any of the beneficiaries mentioned in items 2-5
of this paragraph shall predecease mer their share shall be equally
distributed to the beneficiaries remaining in items 2-5 of this
paragraJ'lh.
THIRD
I giver devise and bequeath the residue of my estate, of every
nature and wherever situate, to the following persons:
1) One half (1/2) of the residue of my estate shall be
distributed to James L. Zerbe. In the event that he shall
predecease me, his share shall be distributed equally to
Michael J. Zerbe, Bryan S. Zerbe, Mark D. Zerbe and Christa
Zer.be LeMasters.
2) One eighth (1/8) of the residue of my estate shall be
distributed to Michael J. Zerbe.
3) One eighth (1/8) of the residue of my estate shall be.

death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall he
paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expenses of the
administration of the estate.

addition to those vested in them by law and by other provisions of this
Will:

To retain any or all assets of my estate, real or personal,
without regard to any principle of diversification, risk or
productivity.
To invest in all forms of property as my fiduciary deems

risk or productivity.

therefore, in his sole discretion.

J. TO make any distribution herein provided for in cash, in kind,
or partly in each, at valuations fixed by my personal
representative at the time of distribution.

I appoint James L. Zerbe, Executor, of this, my Last will and
