CHARLOTTE B. RUTTERr late of the Borough of Shiremanstownr County of
Cumberlandr and Commonwealth of Pennsylvaniar of the first part,
hereinafter called the Grantor,

JOSEPH P. MARINELLI and JUDITH A, MARINELLI r of the second part r
hereinafter called the Grantees;
WHEREAS, the said CHARLOTTE B. nUTTER, became in her lifetime
seised, as of fee, of and in to a certain tract of landr together with
the improvements thereon erected, situate in the Borough of
Shiremanstown, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
and more particularly described hereinafter; and being so thereof
seised, died on January 3r 1997, having first made her Last will and
Testament in writing dated February 26, 1992, and Codicil dated
February 4, 1995, duly probated and registered in the Office of the

NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that the said Grantorr for and in
consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND NINE

which has been paid to her by the said Grantees at or before the
sealing and delivery hereofr receipt whereof is hereby acknowledgedr
