Borough. Centrll County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and
undentllndinll, do mak() and puhlish this my Last: Will and Testamont, hereby
revolting and maldng void aU formor Wills made by mo at any time heretoforo.
FIRST: 1 direct that all my just debts, funoral expenses, estate
taxes and inheritance taxes shall be paid out of my residuary estate as soon as
reasonably possible after my death.
SECOND: 1 give all my articles of personal or household use,
together with all insurance relating thereto, to my three children, HERBERT A.
WAHL, JR.. ANNE WAHL DUNKEL, and RICHARD W. WAHL, in equal shares,
to be divided among them as they may agree, or in the absence of agreement,
as my personal representative hereinafter named may think appropriate;
provided that articlea which my personal representative considers unsuitable
for my children may be sold and the proceeds thereof added to my residuary
estate.
THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of
whatsoever kind or wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath unto my
three children, HERBERT A. WAHL, JR., ANNE WAHL DUNKEL, and RICH-
ARD W. WAHL, in equal shares.
FOURTH: In the event that any of my said children predeceases me,
then and in that event, 1 direct that the share of the deceased child shall be
added to the shares of my children who survive me.
FIFTH: My personal representative hereinafter named shall have
the following powers in addition to those vested in her by law and by other
provisions of this my Last Will and Testament, applicable to all prop'ilrty.

revoking and malting void all former Wills made by me at any time heretofore.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, funeral oxpenses, estate
taxes and inheritance taxes shall be paid out of my l'osiduary estate as soon as
reasonably possible aftor my death.
SECOND: I givo all my articlos of porsonal or housohold uso,
together with all insurance rclating thel'oto, to my three children, HERBER'r A.
WAHL, JR., ANNE WAHL DUNKEL, and lUCHARD W. WAHL, in equal shares,
to be dividod among thom as they may apee, or in the absence of agreement,
as my personalrepresentativo hereinafter named may think appropriate;
provided that artieles which lUY personal representative considers unsuitable
for my children may be sold and the preceeds thereof added to my l'esiduary
estate.
THIRD: All the rest, resl.due and remaindor of my estato, of
whatsoever kind or whcresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath unto my
three children, HERBERT A. WAHL, JR., ANNE WAHL, DUNKEL, and RICH-
ARD W. WAHL, in equal sharcs.
FOURTH; In the event that any of my said children predeceases me,
then and in that event, I direct that the share of the deceased child shall be
