J. I declare that I am married to Mary Rutledgc Roupas and that any references in this Will to "My Wifc" are refercnccs to lwr. I have no natural children now living, but I havc a step-daughter whose namc is Mary Ann Mace, and all reference,s herein to "My Step, Daughter" arc references to her. 2. It is my intention by this Will to dispose of all of the property which I may own at my demise. 3. I direct and authorize that all of my just debts and burial expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my death, said obligations to be paid out of my estatc by my Executrix hereinafter named. 4. All estate, inheritance. succession or othcr taxes, imposed or payable by reason of my death, and interest and penalties thereon, with respect to all property comprising my gross estate for death tax purposes, whether or not such property comprising my gross estate for death tax purposes passes under this Will, shall be paid out of and be borne by my residuary estate, 5. I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of whatever nature and kind, and wheresoever situate, to my wifc, Mary Rutlcdge Roupas, provided that she survives me by thirty (30) days. 6. If my wife, Mary Rutlcdge Roupas, should predecease me or fail to survive me by thirty (30) days, I give, devise aod bequeath all of my estate to my step-daughter, Mary Ann Mace, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, If my step-daughter, Mary Ann Mace, should predecease me or fail 10 sUlvive me by thirty (30) days, I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate to my nieces and nephews, Eleanor DCl11ctriades, Chris Roupas, Diane Newberger and Gus Roupas, t.o be divided equally, share and share alike. 7. All the rest, residue and remainder of the property which I may own at the time of my death, real and personal, I give, devisc and bequcath to my wife, Mary Rutledge Roupas. If my wife, Mary Rutledge Roupas, should predecease me or fail to sUlVive me by thirty (30) days, I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue aod remaioder of my estate to my step,daughter. If any provision of this Will or of any Codicil herelo is held to he inoperative, invalid or illegal, it is my intention that all the remaining provisions thereof shall continue to be fully operative and effective so far as is possible and reasonable. 10. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, Mary Rutledge Roupas, as the Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament, and direct that no bond or other surety is required of her in this or any other jurisdiction for her performance of this office. 11. All estate, inheritance. succession or other taxes. imposed or payable by reason of my death, and interest and penalties thereon, with respect to all property comprising my gross estate for death tax purposes, whether or not such property comprising my gross estate for death tax purposes passes under this Will, shall be paid out of and be bome by my residuary estate. 5. I hereby give, devise ancl bequeath all of my estate of whatever oature and kind. and wheresoever situate, to my wife, Mary Rutledge Roupas, provided that she sUlvives me by thirty (30) days. 6. If my wife, Mary Rutledge Roupas, should predecease me or fail to survive me by thirty (30) days, I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate to my step-daughter, Mary Ann Mace, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
