I, FREDA CRAWFORD, of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, declare
this to be my Last Will. I revoke all other wills and codicils
that I may have previously made.

I ,direct that the expenses of my last illness and funeral be
paid from my estate as soon as practicable after my death.
Article II
I give, devise and bequeath the remainder of my estate of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate to my husband, RALPH
CRAWFORD, provided he survive me by sixty (60) days. If RALPH
CRAWFORD predeceases me or fails to survive me by sixty (60) days,
I give, devise and bequeath the remainder of my estate of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, in equal shares, to
DONALD BRUBAKER and JUNE BRUBAKER, of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, per stirpes.
Article III
I nominate and appoint DONALD BRUBAKER of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, Executor of my Will. In the event of the
renunciation, death, resignation, or inability to act, for any
reason whatsoever, of my Executor, I nominate, constitute and

Last Will and Testament of the said decedent;
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YR, that we, Q.QD!!Il.Brubaker and June Brubaker, being all
of the beneficiaries of the said decedent and heirs under the Last Will and Testament of the said
decedent, and being the persons entitled to inherit under said Last Will and Testament do hereby,
acknowledge that we have this day received from the aforesaid Personal Representative, in full
satisfaction and payment of all sum or sums of money, legacies, bequests, and devices as are given,
devised and bequeathed to us by the said Last Will and Testament, which amounts we have received
this day, and which amounts are in the amount set opposite our names in the table and schedule of
distribution in said statement attached hereto and marked Exhibit A;
AND, we do hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expense and time involved in the filing
of a formal account and schedule of distribution, and agree that no account is necessary and do
hereby agree that we do consent to distribution being made without the filing of an account and
schedule, of distribution, the same to be with the same force and effect as if the had been filed and
confirmed by the Orphans Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas, Cumberland County
Branch,
THEREFORE, we do hereby remise, release, quitclaim and forever discharge the said
Personal R(\presentative, Donald Brubak~(, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, of and
from the said estate and from all actions, suits payments, accounts, reckoning, claims, and demands
whatsoever for or by reason thereof, or for any other use, matter, cause or thing whatsoever touching
upon the estate of the said decedent, and we do further hereby covenant and agree that should any
