bequest is to be invested and the incollle uscd for the upkeep of the cemetery, including the
graves IInd the marker of my late husband and myself.

Northumberland County. Pennsylvania. being of sound mind. memory, and understanding. do
make and publish this my Last Will and Testament. hereby revoking and making void all fonner
Wills. Codicils and Testamentary Writings, by me at any time heretofore made,
AND FIRST, I direct that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding
with my estate and situation in life. and that all my legally collectible debts and funeral expenses

direct that my funeral be conducted by the Jerre Wirt Blank Funeral Home, Sunbury.
Pennsylvania, and that my body be cremated. It is my desire that my ashes shall be interred in
the SI. Elias Refonned Church Cemetery, at Hollowing run Road, Lower Augusta Township.
Northumberland County, Pennsylvania. beside the body of my late husband. James M. Wise.
The date of my death shall be inscribed on the grave marker.
AND to such estate as I may possess at the time of my death. I dispose of the same

bequest is to be invested und the income used for the upkeep of the cemetery, including the
graves and the marker of my late husband and myself.
ITEM III: I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00)
Dollars to my friend. Edward Sluga, of R.D,#3, Sunbury, Pennsylvania. In the event that the
said Edward Sluga should predecease me and not be living at the time of my death. I give and
bequeath said sum to Barbara Sluga, wife of the said Edward Sluga. In the event that Edward
Sluga and Barbara Sluga should both predecease me. I then give and bequeath said sum to
Deborah Sluga, daughter of Edward Sluga and Barbara Sluga.
ITEM IV: I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00)
Dollars to my friend, Sylvia Malush, of 111 Cherrington Drive, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania,
15237, if she survives me. In the event that the said Sylvia Malush should predecease me, I give
