time of rtrI death. Should my son, ROBER'! P. IlEMPT. JR., not be living at the
time of my death, I devise llnd bequeath all of my estate of every nature and
wherever situate in equal shares to such of my grandchildren, ROBERT P. HEMPT,
Ill, MICHAEL A. HEMPT, and LYNNE L. HEMP!, 88 survive me by thirty (30) days.
Should any of my ahove named grElndchildren predecease me or die on or before
the thirtieth (30th) day following rtrI death, I devise and bequeath the share
of such grandchild to his or her issue pet. stirpes living on the thirty~f1r.st
(:11 at) day following my desth; and should any such grandchild of mine leave no
such issue living on the thirty-first (31st) day following my death, I devise
