I, J. D. PAUL LUDT. of North Middleton Township and soon (0 be of the
Borough of Carlisle. Cumberlund Coun(y, Pennsylvunia. being of sound and disposing
mind. memory and unde.rstanding, do herehy make. publish and declare this us and for
my Last Will and Testament herehy revoking and nUlking void any nnd all Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
I. I direct my hereinafter !lamed Executors to pay all of my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my death as may be found convenient (0 do so. I further direct
that all inheritance. transfer, succession. estate and death (axes which may be payable
on account of my death shall he paid fl'Om thc residue of my estale regardless of
whether thc assets upon which such taxes are hased are included in my probate estate.
2. All of the rest. residue and remainder of my estate. real. personal and mixed. and
wheresoever the same may he situate. I give. devise and bequeath in equal shares to my
two sons. their heirs and assigns. they heing Dr. James L. Ludt, P. O. Box 313, Bryn
Athyn. Pennsylvania 19009, and Richard L. Ludt, 731 Spring Street. Moosic.
Pennsylvania 18507. provided eaeh of them shall survive me by a period of ninety (90)
days. but should eithcr of thcm fail to so survive mc thcn thc share such dcccased son of
minc would havc rcccived shall pass to such of his issuc as shall survivc mc by a period
of nincty days, thcir hcirs and assigns. pCI' stirpcs.
3. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my two sons. Dr. James L. Ludt and
Richard L. Ludt. or either of thcm, as Executors of this my Last Will and Testament. and
I furthcr dircct that neither of them shall be rcquired to post any bond to secure the
faithful performancc of his duties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in any other
jurisdiction.
4. I have not made any provision herein for my wifc. Violet M. Ludt. not becausc
of any want of affection for her but because I have heretofore made a division of
propcrty with her.
