following manner, to wit:
A. r. authorize, empower and direct my Executor,
hereinafter named, or any substitute personal representative, to
sell all my real estate located in Monroe Township, Cumberland
County, pennsylvania, at either public or private sale or sales,
(a) I direct that from the net proceeds realized on the
sale of my real estate, all my just obligations and
funeral expenses be paid out of said proceeds.
(b), Should my husband's nephew, WAYNE G. FAILOR, qualify as
Executor of my Estate, I direct that he be paid the sum
of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars from the net
proceeds realized from the sale of my real estate,
which shal.l corlstitute his full commission for services
rendered in the settlement of my estate;
(0) I direct that from the net proceeds realized from the
sale of my real estate, the sum of Twenty Thousand
($20,000.00) Dollars be paid to my son, JAMES M.
FAILOR, absolutely and unconditionally;
(d) I direct that from the net proceeds realized on the
sale of my real estate, the eum of Three Thousand Eight
Hundred ($3,800,00) Dollars be paid to my daughter
KATHARINE K. FAILOR LEHMAN, which she may use for
expenses incurred in the removal and storage of the
various items of personal property bequeathed to her
hereunder, if she so desires.
B. In the event r. or my husband, FRANK E. FAILOR, have not

done so during our lifetimes, I give and bequeath all of my sald
husband's fishlng rods, tackle and all related fishing equipment,
together with his chain saw, to my son, JAMES M. FAI,LOR, and in
like manner, I give and bequeath all other items located in the
First Floor Den, to my daughter, KATHARINE K. FAILOR L,EHMAN.
C. I give and bequeath the entJre contents of the Dining
Room in my residence to my daughter, KATHARINE K. FAILOR LEHMAN.
D. I give and bequeath the two (2) rocking chairs; the
kitchen table; the table lamp and settee; and the blue willow
ware dishsB to my daughter, KATHARINE K. FAILOR LEHMAN, all of
which items are presently located in the Kitchen.
E. I give and bequeath the following items of personal
property now located in the Living Room, to my daughter,
KATHARINE K. FAILOR I,EHMAN, to wit:
(a) The secretary and all of its contents
(b) The drop leaf table and the lamp located on said
table;

the Attic, together with the contents thereof, to wit, blankets,
quilts and oloth, and also the canopy frame to the bed in our
Bedroom, to our daughter, KATHARINE K. FAILOR LEHMAN, including
also all her girlhood toys and dolls.
K. I give and bequeath all items and contents looated in
the Basement and on the Balcony of my dwelling, to my son, JAMES
M. FAILOR.
L. I give and bequeath the wood box now located on the
Back Porch of the dwelling to my son, JAMES M. FAILOR.
M. In the event that I or my husband, FRANK E. FAILOR,
have not done so during our lifetimes, I give and bequeath .all
items and contents located in the Barn, the Garage Building and

the Toilet Building, to my son, JAMES M. FAILOR. In addition
thereto, I give and bequeath to my said son, the vehicle and/or
automobile which I may own at the time of my decease, together
with my husband's boat, the outboard motor and trailer, the
tractor and all accessories thereto, and all other items of
personalty not usually kept or stored in the dwelling, exoept
however, items known to belong to H.H. "Bud" Blake, which consist
of two (2) boats with their respective trailers, a utility
trailer and a canoe, in the event the same are still stored on
the premises at the time of my death.
N. I give and bequeath the proceeds of my personal
Checking Account which I maintain with PNC Bank, N.A., to my son,
JAMES M. FAILOR.
O. I give and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, to my
son, JAMES M. FAII~R, and to my daughter, KATHARINE R. FAILOR
LEHMAN, share and share alike.
P. It is my wish, if it is practical to do so, that my
daughter, KATHARINE R. FAII~R LEHMAN, shall never sell the items
of furniture bequeathed to her by this my Last Will and
Testament, and that she keep and retain the same and pass said
items on to her heirs, so that the ownership thereof shall always
remain in our family.
lASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, FRANK
E. FAILOR, Exeoutor of this my Last Will and Testament, and in
the event that my said husband shoQld predecease me, or should he
be unable or unwilling to serve in such capaoity for any reason,
