Will Rnd Testament dated July 21, 1992, in which she named Doris May Petry Shennan, Charles Lester
Petty, Mary Catherine Petry Nunemaker and Betty Jane Petry Kress, as Co-executors -nlC said Charles
Lester Petty executed a renunciation of his nominiation as Executor of the estate on February 13, 1997,
in favor of Doris May Petry Shennan, Mary Catherine Petry Nunemaker and Betty Jane Petry Kress_
A true and correct copy of said Will is attached hereto, made a part hereof, and msrked Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, on February 28, 1997, said Will was duly probated by the Register of Wills of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and Letters Testamentary granted thereon to Doris May Petry
Shennan, Mary Catherine PetlY Nunemaker and Betty Jane Petry Kress as Co-executors; and

attached hereto, made a part hereof, snd marked Exhibit "B"; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire that the Co-executors shall not be required to file said Account
with the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County, and that the net estate of the decedent shall be
distributed without the necessity of filing a 10l'lnal account.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto imending to be legally bound hereby, mutually agree as
follows:
I, The parties hereto, and each of them, agree and acknowledge that they have fully and
carefully examined the First and Final Accollnt of Doris May Petry Shennan, Mary Catherine Petry
Nunemaker and Betty Jane Petry Kress, Co-executors of the Will of Lillie M. Petry, deceas(\d, and
Schedule of Distribution relating thereto, and find them to be true and correct, and acceptable to the
parties hereto and each of them, and fiuther, that each of them has received a copy of this Agreement and
of the said Account and Schedule of Distribution.
2. The patties hereto do hereby release, remise and forever discharge the Estate of Lillie M.
PetlY, and Doris May Petry Shennan, Mary Catherine Pelly Nunemaker and Relly Jane Petry Kress, Co-
executors, of and from allm8nner of acts, suits, claims, acr.oullls, accountings, debts, dues and demands
whatsoever which they or any ofthem or their legal representatives or assigns may at any time hereafter
have, against the Co-executors, the said Estatc or thc asscts thcrcof, fi'om, for, touching or conccl'lling
any ofthc asscts and prop cIty ofthc said Estatc and/or any claim or intcrcst thcrcto 01' thcrein, and thc
administration, managcmcnt, collcction, salc or distribution of any ofthc said asscts 01' procccds out of
thc SIImc, !Tom thc timc ofthc dcath ofthc said dccClk'llt to and inclnding thc datc ofthis Agrccmcnt and
relcasc.
3. 'nlis instnul1cnt is a 1\111 and final Family Settlemcnt Agrcemcnt by and among thc partics
hcreto, both fidnciary and individual, all ofthc samc having bccnarrivcd at, ()oncludcd and cxecutcd after
a fnlland complctc disclosure of thc assets of the said cstate and thc rights of the parties thcrcin and
thcrcto and all of the pal1ics hcrcto, and each ofthcm, agrccs to abide by thc terms hcreof.

5. This Agrecmcnt constitutes thc entire understanding among the parties hcrcto, and each of
thcmacknowledgcs that norcprescntations or statcmcnt of any kind, written or oral, have bcen mndl\ to
thcm or allY of them prior hereto by the Co-executors 01' by any other person 01' party upon his/her behalf.
6. This Agreemcnt shall enure to the henefit of, Rnd shall be binding upon, the pRrtics hereto, and
