through their attorney, R, MARK THOMAS, ESQUIRE, respectfully
represent as follows:
1. petitioners are JOHN 0, STOUGH and PATRICIA ANN STOUGH,
the divorced and separated parents of the minor child, KATIE ANN
REBECCA STOUGH.
2, Petitioner JOHN 0, STOUGH currently resides at 15 East
Keller street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
3. Petitioner PATRICIA ANN STOUGH currently resides at 912
West Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania,
4. The minor is the natural child of the petitioners who was
born during the marriage of the parties July 30, 1982.
5. The petitioners separated in April 1988 and were
subsequently divorced by entry of a decree dated september 4, 1996,
6, Pursuant to a current; agreement of the parties which has
been modified from time to time, the petitioner, JOHN O. STOUGH, is
the primary physical custodian of the minor child.
7, The minor child has been invited to lJ.ve with her
stepsister, TAHIM HARRIS, who currently resides at 321 Gulkana
Avenue, Apartment A, Fort Richardson, Alaska, 99505,
