Seesholtz, of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being
of sound and disposing mind, memory, and understanding, do hereby
make, publish, and declare this to be my I,sst will and Testament
and hereby revoke all other wills and Codicils that I have made,

UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania; my
granddaughter, JAYNE CAWTHERN, of Boalsburg, Pennsylvania; and my
granddaughter, JO-Al,ICE EISENBRAUN, of Wall, South Dakota.
B. Five Hundred ($500) Dollars each to: my niece,
MARIAN KLEIN, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania; my niece, KATHLEEN
MORGAN, of Myerstown, Pennsylvania; and my godchild, ANN MARIE
SHAFFER, of Fairfax, Virginia.

fOURTHr All interests of any benefioiary in the inoome or
prinoipal of this Estate, while undistributed and in the
possession of my Exeoutrix, even though vested and distributable,
shall not be subjeot to attaohment, exeoution or sequestration
for any debt, oontraot, obligation or liability of any
benefioiary and, furthermore, shall not be subjeot to pledge,
assignment, oonveyance, or antioipation.
FIFTijr All inheritanoe, estate, and succession taxes
(inoluding interest and any penalties thereon) payable by reason
of my death shall be paid out of and be oharged generally against
the principal of my residuary estate without reimbursement from
any person.
SIXTHr I nominate, oonst1tute, and appoint my daughters,
BETTY S. REINER and JAYNE S. ERNST, as Co-Executrioes of this, my
Last Will and Testament. In the event of the renunoiation,
death, resignation, or inability of either one of them to aot for
whatever reason in this oapaoity, then I nominate, constitute,
and appoint the other as Bole Exeoutrix of this, my Last Will and
Testament.
I direot that no representative named above shall be
required to post security for the faithful performanoe of her
duties in any jurisdiction insofar as I am able by law to relieve
her of such obligation. Any of my representatives shall be
entitled to reasonable oompensation for the performanoe of the
duties set forth here.

granddaughter, JAYNE CAWTHERN, of Boalsburg, Pennsylvania; and my
granddaughter, JO-ALICE EISENBRAUN, of Wall, South Dakota.
B. Five Hundred ($500) Dollars each to: my niece,
MARIAN KLEIN, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania; my niece, KATHLEEN

MORGAN, of Myerstown, Pennsylvania; and my godchild, ANN MARIE
SHAFFER, of Fairfax, Virginia.
SECOND:
No indi.vidual named in this Will shall qualify to
inherit from me unless that individual shall survive me by thirty

of whatever nature and wherever situate, I give, devise, and
bequeath, in equal shares, to my daughter, BETTY S. REINER, of
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina;, and to my daughter, JAYNE S.

them shall survive me by thirty (30) days.
FOURTH: All interests of any benefioiary in the inoome or
prinoipal of this Estate, while undistributed and in the
possession of my Executrix, even though vested and distrioutable,
shall not be subject to attachment, exeoution or sequestration
for any debt, contract, obligation or liability of any
benefioiary and, furthermore, shall not be subjeot to pledgo,
assignment, conveyanca, or antioipation.

and appoint the other as sole Exeoutrix of this, my Last Will and

I direct that no representative named above shall be
required to post security for the faithful performance of her
duties in any jurisdiction insofar as I am able by law to relieve
her of such obligation. Any of my representatives shall be
entitled to reasonable compensation for the performance of the

B. Declares that she has examined the attached IIccount of the administration of
thl.l Estate and the attached schedule of distribution; that sh(~ finds them to be true IInd correct
in all particulars; that she accepts and approves them as if they had been duly filed, audited,
adjudicated and confinned absolutely by the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common
Pleas of Cumberland County, and as if the amounts shown as distributable had been duly
awarded to her;
C. Waives the filing and auditing of the account of the Rdministration of the
Estate in the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,
and agrees that the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland
County may by its decree confirm the account and approve the schedule of distribution;
D. Requests the Executrix to make distribution of the principal and income in
accordance with the schedule of distribution, and effective upon delivery to her of the amounts
shown as respectively distributable, acknowledges receipt of such property;
E. Agrees to refund to the Executrix any amount which may at any time be
detennined to have been an erroneous distribution to her, regardless of the cause of such
erroneous distribution, even if attributable to negligence, and agrees that any period for the
limitation of actions for the collection of any erroneous distribution shall commence only at
such time as the Executrix shall have obtained actual knowledge of such erroneous distribution
and that in no event shall the period for collection of any erroneous distribution be less than
two years after the actual discovery thereof;

individual or corporate, does hereby acknowledge receipt from Robert
M. Newbury, personal representative of the Estate of the above-named
Decedent, of the following assets:

IN CONSIDERATION of said payment and transfer, the undersigned
does hereby release, remise, quitclaim and forever discharge the said
personal representative of and from all action, suits, payments,
accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever for or by reason
thereof, or any other account, matter, cause or thing whatsoever
relating to the Estate of the said Decedent.
AND the undersigned does hereby release all real estate of the
decedent and of the said personal representative from all liens,
claims, actions, suits, payments, accounts and demands whatsoever for
or by reason thereof or of any other account, matter, cause or thing
whatsoever.
AND the undersigned does further agree to refund to Robert M.
Newbury, Executor, any portion of the distribution of the undersigned
whioh exceeds the amount of the undersigned's share as the Executor
