I, NEVILLE GARFIELD CHIN, a legal r..ident of
Cherry Hill, Camden county, New Jersey, declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking all wills and codicils
heretofore made by me.
ARTICLE I
(A) I appoint my sister, YVONNE ELAINE CHIN, as executrix of
this will, or if she shall fail to qualify or cease to serve, I
appoint my brother, WARREN MILTON CHIN, as such executor. To the
full extent that I can effectively do so, I relieve every executor
and guardian appointed by me and serving under this will from any
obligation, in any jurisdiction, to furnish any bond or other
security, to render any accounting, to file any inventory, or to
obtain the approval of any court before applying, distributing,
selling or otherwise dealing with any property.
ARTICLE II
(A) My executrix shall pay in due course nlY funeral expenses,
my debts, the expenses of administering my estate, and, in
addition, in the same manner as if they were expenses of
administering my estate and without apportionment against any
legatee or other person, all estate, inheritance and succession
taxes (including any interest and penalties relative thereto) which
shall be payable by reason of my death in respect of any property
passing under this will or in respect of any other property.
(8) I authorize and empower my executrix in her absolute
dL",cretion to sell, exchange, convey, transfer', assign, mortgage,
pledge, lease or rent the whole or any part of my real or personal
estate, to invest, reinvest or retain investments of my said
estate, and to perform all acts and to execute and deliver all
proper instruments pursuant thereto.
ARTICLE III
(A) I may decide to prepare a written statement or list
designating gift. of speoific, tangible iteme. If I prepare suoh
a statement or list, I will leave it with my will or a copy of my
will. My executrix shall make distribution as specified in that
statement or list.
(8) I hereby bequeath, the slim of $100,000.00 to my mother,
LYNETTE CHIN, if she survives me. If she does not survive me, I
bequeath the $100,000.00 to my father, WATSON QUEE FEN CHIN, if he
survives me.
(C) I hereby bequeath, devise and appoint all the rest of my
property to my sister, YVONNE ELAINE CHIN if she survi.ves me. If
ehe doee !lot survive me I bequeath , devise and appoint all the
rest of my property as follows:
(1) One-half to my mother, LYNETTE CHIN, if she survives
me, or if she does not survive me, to my father, WATSON QUEE FEN
CHIN, if he survives me;
(2) One-quarter to my sisters LOIS YING, NOVA CHUCK and
MARION CHIN, if they survive me, in equal shares; and
(3) One-quarter to my brothers STEPHEN CHIN and WARREN CHIN
and my father, WATSON QUEE FEN CHIN, if they survive me, in equal
shares.
(D) If neither my sister, YVONNE ELAINE CHIN, nor my parents;
LYNETTE CHIN and WATSON QUEE FEN CHIN, sha 11 surv i ve me, the
provisions ofo:lection (C) above shall not apply. Instead, I
bequeath, devise and appoint all the rest of my property as
follows:
(1) One-quarter to my sisters LOIS YING, NOVA CHUCK and
MARION CHIN, if they survive me, in equal shares; and
(2) Three-quarters to my brothers STEPHEN CHIN and WARREN
CHIN, if they survive me, in equal shares.
ARTICLE IV
If any beneficiary referred to in this will shall die within
ten days of the date of my death, I direct that for all purposes of
this will, any such person shall be considered as not having
survived me. I make this provision notwithstanding any law to the
contrary and by this Article, I modify the bequests and devises
made in the prior Articles of this will.
I, NEVILLE GARFIELD CHIN, the testator, sign my name to this

sign our names to this instrument, and being duly sworn, do hereby
declare to the undersigned authority that the testator signed and
executed this instrument as his Last will and that he signed it
willingly; that eaoh of us, in the presence and hearing of the
testator, hereby signs this will as witness to the signing thereof
by the testator; and that to the best of our knowledge the testator
is 18 years of age or older, of sound mind and under no constraint
or undue influence.
