I, HAROLD E. DUNKLE, deolare this to be my Last Will
and Testament and hereby revoke all prior wills and oodioils
made by me.
FIRST: My Exeoutor ahall pay from the residue of my
estate all my debts, funeral expenses, administration
expenses, and all estate, inheritance, succession, and
transfer taxes imposed by the United States or any state,
territory, or possession which shall become payable by
reason by my death. It shall not be necessary to file any
claims therefor, nor to have them allowed by any court.
SECOND: I give all of my ~angible personal proptlrty to
my wife, ROSALIE R. DUNKLE, if she survives me by sixty (60)
days. If my wife, ROSALIE R. DUNKLE, is not living on the
sixty-first (61st) day following my death, then I give such
of my tangible personal property as is set forth in a
separate, dated and unsigned letter of instruction, which I
shall place with my Will, to the persons therein designated.
If I have not left a letter of instruction or for those
articles not distributed under this letter of instruotion, I
diI'ect that such items be distributed among my then-living
children as they may select in ae nearly equal shares as is
praotical. If there is no agreement as to distribution,

SEVENTIl, I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife,
ROSALIE R. DUNKLE, Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament, to serve without bond or secur.ity, and I
authorize, empower and direct her to sell and convey, by
good and sufficient deed, in fee simple estate, any and all
of my real estate, at puhlic or private sale, for such price
or prices, upon such terms and conditions, as in her
judgment is best for my estate, and to that end to sign,
seal, execute, acknowledge and deliver all deeds or other
instruments necessary therefor, as effectively as I could do
if I were personally present.
In the event such person does not survive me, or
refuses to act as Executor or does not complete the duties
of Executor, then I nominate, constitute and appoint my
daughter, MARJORIE L. KING, and my daughter, NANCY J.
DUNKLE, as al.ternate Executors to serve without bond or
security. My alternate Executors shall have all of the
powers, privileges, duties and in~unities as provided
herein. In the event that none of my Executors survive me,
or refuse to act as Executor or do not complete the duties
of Executor, then I nominate, constitute and appoint
