County of Atlaritic and State of New Jersey, being of sound
and ~isposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, pubiish
and declare the fcllowing to be my Last Will and Testament
hereby revcking any and all former wills ma.de by me.
FIRST: I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to
pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after
my deoease as oonveniently may be.
SEOOND: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate of whatsoever it may consist
and wheresoever it may be situate, whether real, personal or
mixed property unto my beloved husband, RUSSELL E. HUFF, he
to have the same absolutely, provided, however, in the event
my said husband should predecease me or my said husband and'
I die in a common disaster, or at the .same time, then, in any
one of said events, I give, devise and bequeath my estate to
my .children, BERNARD. HUFF of Absecon, New Jersey, and RUSSELL
HUFF II of Matawan, New Jersey and if' one of such children does
not survive me, then his share to his children, but if he has
no children, then to my surviving child.
THIRD: I hereby nominate, constItute and appoint my
husband, RUSSELL E. HUFF, Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament,he to act without bond, provided, however, in the
event my said husband should predeDea~~ me, then in that event,
I nominate, constitute and appoint my surviving children co-
executors of this my Last Will and Testament, to act without bond.
FOURTH: I direct my Executor in the event one of my
children desires to possess any automobile I may own at the time
of my death, to distribute that automobile to such child and
apply the bluebook wholesale value of same against his share of
the estate.
