I, ADALINE' ,J. SCHEFFEY, of the Borough of Camp Hill,
County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, declare
this to. be my J.l'lst Will and Testament and revoke any and all
prior Wills and Codicils made by me.
ITEM I: I direct that certain of my tl'lngible personal
property be distributed by my Executor hereinafter named in
accordance with the list which will be found with this Will.
If any questions arise about the distribution of any particular
item on this list, or if the list cannot be found, the judgment
of my Executor shall be final. Any item on the list which
does not exist at the time of my death as part of my estate
shall be treated as specifically adeemed.
ITEM II: I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand
($1,000.00) Dollars each to the Second United Church of Christ,
Green and Verbeke Streets, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and the
Camp Hill Presbyterian Church, Twenty-third and Walnut Streets,
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
ITEM III: I give and bequeath the sum of Ten Thousand
($10,000.00) Dollars to my friend Kathryn Gher of Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania, provided she shall survive me.
ITEM IVl I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred
($500.00) Dollars to my cousin Eleanora C. Fisher (Mrs. John),
of Marysville, Pennsylvania. Should EleanOL"a C. Fisher not

All death taxes (not. income taxes) that may be
assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by
whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be considered a part of
the expense of the administration of my estate, and my Executor
shall have the absolute power in his discretion to pay the same
at once whether or not the law under which they are imposed
permits the postponement of payment of all or part of them to a
later date.
ITEM XI I I direct and empower my Executor to' sell any and

such terms as he may deem best, and to deliver good and
sufficient deeds therefor to the purchaser or purchasers
thereof.

I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint

and Testament. Should my son, Paul L. Scheffey, predecease me
or fail to act as Executor, I appoint my son, DAVID H.
SCHEFFEY, Executor of this my Last Will and Testatement.
Should my son, David H. Scheffey, fail to qualify or cease to
act as Executor, I appoint my son, ALAN L. SHCEFFEY, Executor
