of sound nnd disposing mind. memory and underslunding, do herehy make, puhlish Ilnd dcclurc
this as and for my Lust Will and Testument, herehy revoking und making void Ilny and ull Wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
I. I direct my hereinafter named Executor 01' Executors to puy ullof my just debts and
funel'lll expenses as soon after my denth us muy he found convenient to do so und to puy out of the
residue of my estute all inheritance, estate and deuth tuxes which muy be pllyuble on account of my
death regardless of whether the assets upon which such taxes ure based arc included in my probate
estate.
2. I direct my funeral services be conducted by such funeral director us my Executor 01'
Executors shall select and that my body be interred besidc thut of my husband, Marlin E. Lehman,
on our burial lot located in Spring Hill Cemetery aC Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.
3. I give and bequeath to my sister, Eleanor 2'Alger. my VCR, all of the tapes for the VCR.
lhe shelves on which the VCR and tapes are located, my microwave oven. and the table light with
the watermelon shade which had belonged to our father.
4. I give and bequeath my grandmother clock and blue mirror to my son. Dennis Wayne
Lehman.
5. I give and bequeath the sum of Two Thousllnd Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars to
my son, Ray W. Lehman, his heirs and assigns, provided he shall survive me by a period of
ninety (90) days, but should he fall 10 so survive me then to such of his two (2) daughters. Dena
Matthews and Tina Howard, as shall survive me by a period of ninecy (90) days, bul should either
of lhem fail to so survive me then to the issue of such deceased granddaughter of mine and if there
be no such issue the same shall lapse and be added to the share of the other granddaughter.
6. I give and bequeath the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2.500.00) Dollars to
my daughter. Nancy E. Russell, her heirs and assigns, provided she shall survive me by a period
of ninecy (90) days, but should she fail 10 so survive me then to such of her two (2) children as
shall survive me by a period of ninecy (90) days, they being Dale Christman and Trudy Mason,
per stirpes.
7. I give and bequeath the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars to
my sister, Eleanor Zeger, her heirs and assigns. provided she shall survive me by a period of
ninety (90) days. but should she fail to so survive me then to her husband, Martin Zeger, of 1332
Ritner Highway. Shippensburg, PA 17257. provided he shall survive me by a period of ninety
(90) days, but should both of them failte) survive me by the aforesaid period of ninety (90) days,
then lhe same shall lapse and be added to the residue of my estate.
8. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and
wheresoever the same may be sicuate, I give, devise and !mquealh to my son, Dennis WayOl:
Lehman, his heirs and assigns. provided he shall survive me by a period of ninely (90) days, but
should he fail to so survive me, then to such of his two (2) daughters as shall survive me by a
period of ninety (90) days, their heirs and assigns, per stirpes, his two (2) daughters being Alisha
Lehman and Kendra Lehman.

I. Your Pctitioner is Dcnnis Wayne Mycrs who is the Exccutor of the Last Will and
Testamcnt of Lillie Mae Lehman, who died a widow on March 16, 1997, and Letters Tescamcntnry
on her estate werc issucd to your Petitioncr on April I, 1997, which rcmain in full force and
effect.
2. Acopy of thc Last Will and Testamcnt of Lillic Mac Lehman is attached hcrcto markcd
Exhibit "A",
3. Except for a few itcms of tangible personal property and a checking account which
collectively havc a value estimatcd to not exceed $1.000.00, the principal assct of the estate of
decedent is the real estate described on Exhibit "B" attached hercto.
4. Except for a specific bequcst of a VCR and specific legucies totulling $7,500.00, lhc
entire rcsidue of the estate including the real estate dcscrihcd in Exhihit "B" is hcqucathed and
devised to your Petilioner in his individuul capacity,
5. Debts and expenses of administrution are estimated to not excced $37,500.00, which
together with specific hequests of a tola] of $7.500.00 makes a total of $45,000.00 which may he
required to meet all obligations of the estate.
6. Your Petitioner desires to horrow by placing a mortgage on the real cstate dcscrihed in
Exhibit "B" attached hereto the sum of $45.000,00 in his capacicy as Executor und as rcsiduary
legatee. so that all of the obligations of the estate may hc met withoutrcquiring that the real estate
be sold.
7. The real estate is presently occupied by the Aunt of yoUI' Petitioner who is u sister of the,
deccdent, and your Petitioncr desires to make it possihle for her to continue to occupy the

recorded on February I, 1996, in the hereinafter named Recorder's Office in Plnn Book 71, at
