ITEM 6: Anytl1ing herein to the dOntrary notwi 1;h-
standing, I appoint the COMMONWEALTH NATIONAL BANK, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania, as my Trustee to hold any assets passing to any
benefioiary hereunder until she or he reaches the age of
twenty-one (21) years. My Trustee may exeroiSe the powers given
by law and in addition thereto and without any order of oourt and
in the discretion af the Trustee, may use principal as well as
income from time to time for the health, maintenance, education
and support of such benefibiary, may accumulate income not 80
usedr may sell real and personal property at public or private
sale, may retain assets in kind, and may invest and reinvest in
any property without restriction to legal investments~ Upon such
benefioiary attaining the age of twenty-one (21) years, the
entire principal shall be distributed to such benefi,qiary thereby
terminating the trust.
ITEM 7: If, for any reason, a guardian over the
estate' of a beneficiary or beneficiaries is needed or required,
my Trustee shall be the guardian of the estate of such
beneficiary or beneficiaries, with the same ;rights, powers,
privileges, duties and responsibilities as I have given it, as
Trustee.
ITEM 8: I nominate, constitute and appoint. my wife,
DAPHNE KONTANIS to be the sole Exeoutrix of this, my ~ast Will
and Testament. Should my wife, DAPHNE KONTANIS be unable or
