land county, Pennsylvania, being of ,'lound and disposing mind, memory
and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for
my Last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void any and all
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct my hereinafter named Executor to pay all Of my just
debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be found con-
venient to do so.
2. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, I give,
devise and bequeath to CCNB Bank, N.A., its successors and assigns, of
the Borough of Mount Holly Springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
in trust, to receive and invest the same, and to pay at least six (6%)
percent of the initial net fair market value of all of the property
placed in said trust at regular intervals at least annually to or for
the benefit of my mother, Lettie C. Beam, R. D. #1, Box 216, Gardners,
Pennsylvania
17324, so long as she shall live, provided she shall
survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, and upon her death or if
she shall have failed to survive me by the aforesaid period of ninety
(90) days, the same shall be distributed as follows:
One-half (1/2)
to the Carlisle Chapter of American Red Cross, 140 West Pomfret
Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, to be used for such purpose or pur-
.,
poses as it shall deem best; and the other one-half (1/2) to the South
Centrql Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Heart Association, its
successors and assigns, of 3805 Paxton Street in the Ci.ty of 'llarris-
burg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania,
to be used for such purpose or
purposes as its shall deem best.
3. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint CCNB Bank, N.A.,
its successors and assigns, of the Borough of Mount Holly Springs,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as Executor of this my Last Will and
