Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do
make, publish and declare this as and for my last will and tes-
tament, hereby revoking and making yold all former wills by me
at any time he,retofore made.
FIRST. I direct that all my JUSt debts and funeral expenses
be fully paid and satisfied out of my estate by my personal repre-
sentative hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after
my decease.
SECOND. I give devise and bequeath all of my estate, real and
personal, to my tWo children I n equal shares, or thel r Issue.
LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoInt my said two chIld-
ren, namely, E. Jane Beam, of Gardners, R. D. # Z, Penna., and
Nelda M. Brillhart, of Carlisle, Penna., Executrices of this my
last will and testament.
