1. I direct my executors to pay all of my debts, funeral
and administrative expenses as soon as convenient after my decease.
2. I authorize ,and empower my executors to sell any realty
owned by me at my death, and not specifically devised herein,
at either pUblic or private sale, and to give good and sufficient
deeds therefor, in fee 8imple, as I could do if living.
3. (a) I devise my real estate in Plainfield, West Pennsboro
Township to Betty C. Allen and Edward S. Calaman, share and share
alike.
(b) I give and bequeath my light oak bedroom suite, my
silverware, my set of glassw'are and my set of china (grape design)
to my granddaughter, Debbie Allen.
(c) I give and bequeath my ~urniture ~o my children,
grandchildren, and great grandchildren, share and share alike.
(d) I give and 'bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my grandchildren
and great grandchildren, share and share alike.
q. I nominate and appoint Betty C. Allen and Edward S. Ca1aman
to be the executors of this my last will and testament, they are to
serve as such without the filing of any bond.
S. I hereby suggest that my personal representative retain the
services of Irwin, Irwin & Irwin, as attorneys in the settlement
of my estate.
