LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, ELIZABETH D.
STRAYER, of. 119 South Fayette street, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania I
being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do
make, pub1J.sh and declare this my Last will and Testament I hereby
revoking all prior wills and codicils by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct the payment of all my legal debts I funeral
expenses including my grave marker and all expenses of my last
illness, state, federal estate and inheritance taxes,
administration costs I etc., shall be paid from my residuary
esta'te and shall not be charged or apportioned to any other
legatee, donea, beneficiary or joining tenant as soon as may be
conveniently done following my decease leaving all specific
bequests free of tax to the legatee.
SECOND: I give and bequeath my corner cupboard (kitchen) to
my daughter, Catherine E. Mohler.
THIRD: 1 give and bequeath my table and ohairs (kitohen) to
my son, George D. strayer.
FOURTH: i give and bequeath my ooffee and end tables to my
step-son, Herbert S. Sommerville.
FIFTH: I give and bequeath my other corner cupboard to my
daughter I Karen L. Mathna.
SIXTH: I give and bequeath my oak wash stand to my
daughter, Ann J. Gaver.
SEVENTH: I give and bequeath my drop leaf table to my
daughter, Lisa D. Gutshall.
