Decedent, then 79 years of age, died March 23, 1997, at Cumberland Crossings Retirement
Community, One LOllgsdorf Way, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Except as follows, decedent did not marry, was not divorced and did not have a child born or
adopted after execution of the will offered for probale; was not the victim of a killing and was never

4. All the rest, residue, und remainder of illY estate, real, personal, or mixed, and
wheresoever the slime may he situate, I give, devise, and I:lf'queath to my wife, Dorothy R.
Wulker, her heirs and usslgns, to the exclusion of my child or children, 00111 or unborn, provided
my sllld wife shllll survive me hy a period of ninety (90) days. In the event that my said wife
should predeceuse mc, or fail to survive me by the aforesaid period of ninety (90) days, then in
such event all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and
wheresoever the same may be situate, I direct be sold at either public or private sale by my
hereinafter-named Exe<.'uu'ir. or Exccuuices and the proceeds thereof be disbursed in equal shares
to such of my childrellas shall survive me by a period of uinety (90) days, the share any deceased
child would have received to pass to his or her issue per stirpes, and if there be no issue such share
shall lapse and be added to the remaining shl\l'e or shares pel' stirpes. At the present time I have
three (3) children m: aforementioned.
5. Should allY person less than 18 yel\l's of age he entitled to distribution from my estate,
in such event the share that person would otherwise have received shall be paid to m)' hereinafter
named Ex,ecutrix or Executrices, in trust, to receive and invest the same, and to pay the income
arising therefrom, together with so much of the principal thereof as in her or their opinion is
necessary or desiTllble to be expended for the proper maintenance, support, and education of such
person, to or for the benefit of such person, and upon such person alUlining 18 years of age to pay
to her the then remaining principal together with any undistributed income.
6. J hereby nominnte, constitute, and appoint my daughters, Maxine A. Sites and Helen
R. Griffie, or either of them, as Executrices of my Last Will and Testament, and I further direct that
neither of thl'm shall be required to post any OOnd to secufC the faithful perfonnance of her duties
ill the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in any other jurisdiction.
7. In addition to the powers conferred by law, my herein named Executors and Trustees
are empowered:
a. To invest any part of the trust corpus in such securities, investme,nts, or other
property liS may be deemed advisable and proper, irrespective of whether the same are
lIuthorlzed for the investment of trust funds under the laws of any governing jurisdiction.
b. With respect to any corporation, the stocks, OOnds, or other securities of which
muy be held, to vote in person or by proxy on any shares of stock; to consent to the
merger, consolidation or reorganization of such corporations; to consent to the leasing,
mortgaging, or sllle of the property of any such corporations; to make any surrender,
exchange or substitution of such stocks, OOnds, or other securities as an incident to the
merger, consolidation or reorganization of such corporations; to pay all assessments,
suhscriptions lInd other sums of money which may be deemed wise and expedient for the
protection and Illaintenance of the proportionate interest of the investment in such
corporations; to exercise any option or privilege which may be conferred upon the holders
of such stol:ks, honds, or other securities of such corpoTlltions either for the conversion of
the same into other sccurities or for the purchase of additional securities, and to make any
and all necessary payments which may be rlX]uired in connection therewith; and generally
to have and exercise as to all such stocks, bonds, and other securities, the powers of an
individual owner who is under tl'llst obligation.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, MAXINE A, SITES, one of the residuary
legatees under the Last Will and Testament of HERMAN H. WALKER, late of South Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, do hereby acknowledge that I have this day had
and received of and from MAXINE A. SITES and HELEN R, GRIFFIE, Executors under t~e Last Will
and Testament of the said HERMAN H. WALKER, my one-third (1/3) share of estate residue in
accordance with the attached First and Final Account of Executors, for a total distribution of Ten
Thousand Nine Hundred Fourteen and 39/100 Dollars ($10,914.39), in full satisfaction and payment of
my legacy under the terms of said Last Will and Testament.

claim, and forever discharge the said MAXINE A. SITES and HELEN R. GRIFFIE, Executors aforesaid,
