LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, MARION M. FORBES, of Camp Hill, Cumberland
Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this as and for
Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills and
heretofore made by me.
PIRpT: I give and bequeath all household and personal
effects and other tangible personal property of like nature (not
including and exoepting, however, all cash, securities, bank
aocounts, certificates of deposits and like intangible personal
property) located in my home at 103 November Drive, Apartment 5,
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, to my sister, HELEN M. PORTER, provided,
however, that should she predecease me, then to my daughter,
JOELLEN FORBES.
SECOND: I devise and bequeath all the r~Bt, residue
and remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever
situate, including any property over which I hold power of
appointment and together with any insurance policies thereon, in
equal shares, to my children, JOELLEN FORBES and ROBERT J.
FORBES. Should my daughter, JOELLEN FORBES, predecease me, then

I direct that her share or shares under this, my Last Will and
.} Testament, pass to her husband, JOHN H. WERNER. Should my son,
ROBERT J. FORBES, predecease me, then r direct that his share
under this, my Last Will and Testament, pass to his issue per
( stirpes by representation.
THIRD: In addition to all powers granted to them by
c law and by other provisions of this Will, I give the fiduciaries
acting hereunder the following powers, applicable to all proper-
ty, exercisable without court approval and effective until actual
distribution of all property:
(A) To sell at pUblic or

suoh terms (inoluding oredit, with or without security) or
oonditions as are deemed proper. This includes the power to give

to reoeive the proceeds of any disposition of it.
(B) To partition, subdivide, or improve real estate
and to enter into agreements conoerning the partition, subdivi-
sion, improvement, zoning or management of real estate and to
impose or extinguish restriotions on real estate.
(e) To oompromise any olaim or controversy and to
abandon any property whioh is of little or no value.
(0) To invest in all forms of property, including
stocks, oommon trust funds and mortgage investment funds, without
restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduci-
aries, as are deemed proper, without regard to any prinoiple of
diversification, risk or produotivity.
(E) To exercise any option, right or privilege granted
in insurance polioies or in other investments.
(F) To exercise any eleotion or privilege given by the
Federal and other tax laws, including, but not necessarily being
limited to, personal income, gift and estate or inheritance tax
laws.
j (G) To make distributions to my herein named benefioi-
i aries in cash or in kind or partly in eaoh.
~r (H) To borrow money from themselves or others in order
,~ to pay debts, taxes, or estate or trust administration expenses,
, to protect or improve any property held under my will, and for

(I) To select a mode of payment under any qualified
retirement plan (pension plan, profit Sharing plan, employee
stock ownership plan, or any other type of qualified plan) to the
extent the plan or the law permits them to do so, and to exeroise
any other rights which they may have under the plan, in whatever
manner they consider advisable.

lQYBfB: I direct that all inheritance, estate, trans-
fer, succession and death taxes, of any kind whatsoever, which
may be payable by reason of my death, whether or not with respect
to property passing under this will, shall be paid out of the
prJ.ncipal of my residuary estate.
~: All interests hereunder, whether principal or
income, which are undistributed and in the possession of the
fiduciaries acting hereunder, even though vested or distribut-
able, shall not be subject to attachment, execution or sequestra-
tion for any debt, contract, obligation or liability of any
beneficiary, and furthermore, shall not be subj ect to pledge,
assignment, conveyance or anticipation.
~IXTH: I nominate and appoint JOELLEN FORBES,
Executrix of this, my Last Will and Test.ament. In the event of
the death, resignation or inability to serve for any reason
whatsoever of the said JOELLEN FORBES, I nominate and appoint
ROBERT J. FORBES, Executor of this, my Last will and Testament.
I direct that my Executrix or Executor, as the case may be, and
their successors, shall not be required to post security or a
bond for the performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.

I, MARION M. FORBES, of Camp Hill, Cumberland county,
pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this as and for my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills and codicils
heretofore made by me.
rIRBT: I give and bequeath all household and personal
effects and other tangible personal property of like nature (not
including and excepting, however, all cash, securities, bank
accounts, certificates of deposits and like intangible personal
property) located in my home at 103 November Drive, Apartment 5,
camp Hill, Pennsylvania, to my sister, HELEN M. PORTER, provided,
however, that should she predecease me, then to my ,daughter,
JOELLEN FORBES.
SECOND: I devise and bequeath all th~ rest, residue
and remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever
situate, including any property over which I hold power of
appointment and together with any insurance policies thereon, in
equal shares, to my children, JOEL~EN FORBES and ROBERT J.
FORBES. Should my daughter, JOELLEN FORBES, predecease me, then
I direct that her share or shares under this, my Last Will and
Testament, pass to her husband, ,TOHN H. WERNER. Should my son,
ROBERT J. FORBES, predecease me, then I direct that his share
under this, my Last will and Testament, pass to his issue per
stirpes by representation.
1HlB>>: In addition to all powers granted to them by
law and by other provisions of this Will, I give the fiduciaries
acting hereunder the following powers, applicable to all proper-
ty, exercisable without court approval and effective until actual
distribution of all property:
(A) To sell at public or private sale, or to lease,
for any period of time, any real or personal property and to give

options fot sales, exohanges or leases, for suoh prioes and upon
suoh terms (inoluding oredit, with or without seourity) or
oonditions as are deemed proper. This inoludes the power to give
legally suffioient instruments for transfer of the property and
to reoeive the prooeeds of any disposition of it.
(8) To partition, subdivide, or improve real estate
and to enter into agreements conoerning the partition, SUbdivi-
sion, improvement, zoning or management of real estate and to
impose or extinguish restrictions on real estate.
(e) To compromise any olaim or oontroversy and to
abandon any property which is of little or no value.
(0) To invest in all forms of property, including
stocks, oommon trust funds and mortgage investment funds, without
restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduci-
aries, as are deemed proper, without regard to any principle of
diversification, risk or produotivity.
(E) To exeroise any option, right or privilege granted
in insurance policies or in other investments.
(F) To exeroise any election or privilege given by the
Federal and other tax laws, incl~ding, but not necessarily being
limited to, personal income, gifc and estate or inheritance tax
laws.

(G) To make distdbutions to my herein named benefici-
aries in cash or in kind or partly in each.
(H) To borrow money from themselves or others in order
to pay debts, taxes, or estate or trust administration expenses,
to protect or improve any property held under my will, and for
: investment purposes.
(I) To select a mode of payment under any qualified
retirement plan (pension plan, profit sharing plan, employee
stock ownership plan, or any other type of qualified plan) to the
extent the plan or the law permits them to do so, and to exercise
any other rights which they may have under the plan, in whatever
manner theY consider advisable.

fer, succession and death taxes, of any kind whatsoever, whioh
may be payable by reason of my death, whether or not with respect
to property passing under this Will, shall. be paid out of the
principal of my residuary estate.
FIFTH: All interests hereunder, whether principal or
income, which are undistributed and in the possession of the
fiduciaries acting hereunder, cven though vested or distribut-
able, shall not be subject to attachment, executio~ or sequestra-
tion for any debt, contract, obligation or liability of any
beneficiary, and furthermore, shall not be subject to pledge,
assignment, conveyance or anticipation.
SIXTH: I nominate and appoint JOELLEN FORBES,
Executrix of this, my Last Wnl and Testament. In the event of
the death, resignation or inability to serve for any reason
whatsoever of the said JOEI,LEN FORBES, I nominate and appoint
ROBERT J. FORBES, Executor of this, my Last will and Testament.
I direct that my Executrix or Executor, as the case may be, and
their successors, shall not be re~lired to post security or a
bond for the performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
