I, CHARLES R. BlRNES of Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, deolare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any will previously made by me.
I - I direct the payment of all my just debts and
funeral expenses out of my estate as soon as may be practical
after my death,
II - I direct that my household goods, furniture and
personal effects be distributed in accordance with written
instructions left with this will. In the absence of such instruc-
tions or designation on the instructions, I bequeath my household
goods, furniture and personal effects to my children, Charles R.
Barnes, Jr. and patricia Joanne Shank, to be divided between them
as they may mutually agree.
III - I bequeath the sum of $2,000 to each of my grand-
children and great grandchildren who are living at the time of my
death. I direct that any bequests payable under this provision
to a minor shall be paid to his or her parent or parents until
they reach their majority.
IV - I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate
