disposed of, but not including any property over which I may have
a power of appointment, as follows:
1. To my wife, }1ARGARET L. CARNEY, if she survives
me for thirty (30) days.
2. If my wife, MARGARET L. CARNEY, does not survive
me, I give, devise and bequeath my residuary estate
as follows:
A. A one-fifth (lIS) share to each of my children
who are JOAN T. NICOLADSE of Exton, PAl
JOSEPH E. CARNEY, JR. of Kansas City, KS;
CORNELIUS J. CARNEY of San Ramon, CA:
DAVID P. CARNEY of Stockton,CA; and
MARY R. ~~NSHIP, of Citrus Heights, CA, who
survive me by thirty (30) days. If any of my
first four children mentioned above in this
Will do not so survive me, I direct that the
share which would have passed to the deceased
child shall pass in equal shares to his or her
spouse and children with one share going to
each spouse and each child of my deceased child.
If my daughter, MARY R. MANSHIP, does not so survive
me, her share shall pass in a manner whereby each
of her children who survive me shall receive
Fifteen Thousand ($15,000) Dollars and the
balance shall be divided equally among my children
who have survived me by thirty (30) days.

(a) To retain property and to invest in all forms of
real and personal property regardless of any
limitations imposed by law on investments by
fiduciaries or any princinle of law concerning

deem proper;
(c) To compromise controversies;

or to discontinue, at their discretion, any business
