LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OP JOYCE M. LEEDS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, JOYCE M. LEEDS, of
4701 Earl Drive, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, do
make, publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all former
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST - r direct the Executrix or Executor hereof to pay all
my just debts, funeral expenses and costs of administration as
soon as conveniently may be done after my death, I further
direct the Executrix or Executor hereof to pay all inheritance,
estate, transfer and succession taxes which may be levied or
assessed upon any property which is included as part of my gross
estate for the purpose of any such tax.
SECOND - I give and bequeath the automobile which I own, if
any, at the time of my death to my daughter, CHERYL K. SHEETZ.
THIRD - I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred and
00/100 ($500) Dollars each to my grandchildren, KELLY MARTIN,
JOHN MARTIN and KARA MARTIN,
FOURTH - I direct the Executrix or Executor of this, my Last
Will and Testament, to determine the amo~nt of monies paid for my
funeral, the satisfaction of debts which I owe at the time of my
death and the other costs of the administration of this estate

attorney, Add to the aforesaid expenses t~e sum of $1,500 ~nd
then subtract that total sum from $10,000. The remainderahall
be paid to my grandchildren, ROBERT SHEETZ, STEPHANIE SHEETZ and
REBECCA SHEETZ, to be divided equally among them, share and share
alike.
FIFTH - I direct my daughter, CHERYL K. SHEETZ, to dispose
of all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate in any
manner which she chooses and in her sole discretion, making an
effort to give, devise and boqueath something of value to those
people who have shown to me the greatest love and kindness.
SIXTH - I appoint my said daughter, CHERYL K. SHEETZ, to be
the Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament. In the event
of the death, resignation, renunciation or inability to act of my
said daughter, then I appoint my son, DAN W. MARTIN, to be the
Executor hereof. I do hereby give to the Executrix or Executor
hereof full power, discretion and authority at any time or times
to sell, at private or public sale, mortgage, lease, pledge,
exchange or otherwise deal with or dispose of the property
comprising my estate upon such terms as deemed best, to
settle and compound any and all claims in favor of or against my
estate as deemed best and, for any of the foregoing purposes, to
make, execute and deliver any and all deeds, mortgages,
