LA~T WILL AND TESTAME~

ELLEN E. DEITZEL
I, ELLEN E. DEITZEL, of the Borough of C~p Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory
and understanding. hereby revoking any former Wills by me
heretofore made, publish and declare this my last Will and
Testament in manner as follows:
I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all my
just debts, funeral and burial expenses as soon after my de-
cease as practicable, as well as all inheritance taxes, whether
State or Federal, which may be assessed against my estate, or
on any property passing as a result of my death, whether or not
forming part of my estate, as part of the costs of administration.
I direct that my funeral and burial arrangements shall
be in charge of Orville W. Kimmel Funeral Home, 2001 Market
street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and that my place of burial
shall bS in our plot in Rolling Green Cemetery, camp Hill, Penn-
sylvania.
I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real,
personal and mixed, of whatsoever sort and wheresoever situate,
to my husband, Robert E. Deitzel, absolutely.
In the event my said husband should predecease me, or our
deaths should occur simultaneously, or as a result of common
disaster, I direct that my estate shall be distributed as herein-
after provided:~

,I g1ve and bequeath my enti~e plot of ground located
inP'airview Townsh:!p, York County, Pennsylvania, to my son,
,Robert E. Deitzel, Jx'., R.D. 1, New C\unberland, Pennsylvania.
This is the plot on part of which my said son has already built
a home, and which g.round has never been conveyed to him.
I give, devise and bequeath my house at 1401~ Green
Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to lny son, Robert E. Deitzel, Jr.,
who has already paid me in part for his interest therein.
I also give and bequeath to my said son, Robert E.
Deitzel, Jr., the gate leg table, silver tea set "nd stereo,
which my said son gave to us over the years as presents.
I give, devise and bequeath my home, located at
2930 Columbia Avenue, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
to,my daughter, Elois M. Dunham, 2575 Crimson Road, ManSfield,
Ohio, together with all contents thereOf, except the aforesaid
gate leg table, silver tea set and stereo, which are to be given
to my son, Robert E. Deitzel, Jr.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, of whatsoever sort and wheresoever situate,
I give, devise and bequeath to my two children, namely, Robert
E. Deitzel., Jr., and Elois M. Dunham, share and share alike.
In the event either or both of my aforesaid children
should predecease me but should leave a child or children to
survive, then I direct that the share or portion of my estate
herein given to such child or children of mine shall lapse and
shall ~ given to such child or Children, share and share ali~e,
per stirpes.

But ehould either ot my atoresaid ohildren predecease
me leaving no ohild or children to survive then I direct that the
shar~ or portion of my estate herein given to such deceased child
of mine ,shall lapse and ehall be given to my surviving child or
his or her child or children as hereinbefore provided.
I nominate, constitute and appoint Fulton Bank, Third
and Calder streets, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, as Testamentary
Guardian of the separate estates of any and all minor children
Who may become legatees or devisees under the terms of this my
last Will and Testament, hereby vesting the said Guardian with
all the powers and authority given by law to a trustee, in-
cluding the right to invest and reinvest the principal or
corpus of my estate in such securities as in the opinion of
the said Guardian, within its sole discretion, may be deemed
ssfeand advisable, besides those designated by law for trust
purposes, and including the right to sell, transfer and dis-
pose of any property of my estat~, real or personal, without
Court Order to do so.
In like manner, I also hereby further authorize the
said Guardian to invade or use the principal or corpus of my
estate for the benefit of said minors, or any of them, whenever
in the sole discretion of the said Guardian, it shall be deemed
advisable or to the best interest or advantage of said minor, o~-
any of them, for educational purposes, including higher education
in a college o~' university, for support and maintenance, for
medical, hospital or institutional care, for burial expenses,
or otherwise howsoever.

event of his prior death, or should he be unwilling or unable to
serve in that capacity, I nominate, constitute and appoint my

In the event also of his prior death then 1 nominate,
constitute and appoint the said Fulton Bank, Harrisburg, pennsyl~
vania, Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to my son, Robert E. neitzel, Jr.,
who has already paid me in part for his interest therein.
I also give and bequeath to my said son, Robert E.
neitzel, Jr., the gate leg table, silver tea set and stereo,
which my said son gave to us over the years as presents.
I give, devise and bequeath my home, located at
2930 columbia Avenue, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
to my daughter, Elois M. Dunham, 2575 Crimson Road, Mansfield,
Ohio, toget.her with all contents thereof, exoept the aforesaid
gate leg table, silver tea set and stereo, which are to be given
to my son, Robert E. Deitzel, Jr.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, of whatsoever sort and wheresoever situate,
I give, devise and bequeath to my two ohildren, namely, Robert
E. neitzel, ,Jr., and Elois M. Dunham, share and share alike.
In the event either or both of my aforesaid children
should predecease me but should leave a child or children to
sutvi ve, t.hen I direct that the share or portion of my estate
herein given to such child or 'ohildren of mine shall lapse and
shall be given to such child or children, Share and share ,alike,
per stirpes.

But should either of my aforesaid ohildren predeoease
me leaving no ohi1d or ohi1dren to survive then I direot that the
share or portion of my estate herein given to suoh deoeased ohi1d
of mine shall lapse and shall be given to my surviving ohi1d or
his or her ohild or ohildr.en as hereinbefore provided.
I nomin~te, oonstitute and appoint Fulton Bank, Third
and Calder Streets, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, as Testamentary
Guardian of the separate estates of any and all minor ohi1dren
who may beoome legatees or devisees under the terms of this my
last Will and Testament, hereby vesting the said Guardian with
all the powers and authority given by law to a trustee, in-
cluding the right to invest and reinvest the prinoipal or
co,rpus of my estate in suoh securities as in the opinion of
the said Guardian, within Hs sole disoretion, may be deemed
safe and advisable, besides those designated by law for trust
purposes, and including the right to sell, transfer and dis-
pose of any property of my estate, real or personal, without
Court Order to do so.
In like manner, I also hereby further authorize the
said Guardian to invade or use the prinoipal or oorpus of my
estate for the benefit of said minors, or any of them, whenever
in the sole discretion of the said Guardian, it shall be deemed
advisable or to the best interest or advantage of said minor, ox-
any of them, for educational purposes, including higher eduoation
in a colleg6 or university, for support and maintenanoe, for
medioal, hospital or institutional oare, for burial expenses,
or otherwise howsoever.
