hereby give, bequeath, and devise to be distributed in equal shares
to my issue, per stirpes.
4. Should any legatee or devisee under this Will die within
thirty (30) days after the date of my death, he or she shall be
deemed to have predeceased me for all purposes under this Will.
spould any legatee or devisee under this Will die within the thirty
(30) day period, he/she shall have during that porti.cn of such
thirty (30) days as he/she in fact survives me, the right to the
use and enjoyment as a life tenant of all property in which his/her
interest will fail by reason of his/her death within such thirty
(30) days.
5. I direct that all my estate, inheritance, succession,
trarsfer taxes and other taxes of a similar nature that may be
assessed in consequence of my death, of whatsoever nature and by
whatsoever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid out of the inoome or
principal portion of my general estate, in the absolute discretion
of my Executrix to the same effect as if said taxes were expenses
of administration, and all property includible in my taxable
estate, whether or not passing under this Will shall be free and
clear thereof.

(c) To manage, operate, repair, improve, mortgage or
lease for any term any real estate at any time held or owned
by my estate;
(d) To borrow money and t.o mortgage or pledge any real
or personal property for the payment of taxes or for any
other purpose in '~he administration of my estatel
(e) To distribute i.n cash or in kind upon any division
or distribution of my est.ate; and
(f) In general, to exercise all. powers in the
management of my estate which any individual could exercise in
the management of similar property owned in his own right,
upon sUf;h terms and conditions as to then, may seem best, and
to execute and deliver all instruments and to do all aots
which they may deem necessary or proper to carry out the
purposes of this will.
a. In the event that any beneficiary of my estate other than
my issue is a minor at the ti.me at which any distribution of any
property devised and bequeathed by this Will would otherwise be
made to such beneficiary, the fiduciary shall distribute all such
pr.operty to the guardian of the estate of such beneficiary.
9. Each bequest to a beneficiary who does not survive me
shall be distributed to suoh beneficiaries issue, per stirpes, who
survive me.
10. I direct that my legally enforceable debts, the expenses
of my last illness, funeral and burial be paid from my estate, as
soon after my death as conveniently maybe done.

4. Should any legatee or devisee under this Will die ~ithin
thirty (30) days after the date of my death, he or she shall be
deemed to have predeceased me for all purposes under this Will.
Should any legatee or devisee under this Will die within the thirty
(30) day period, he/she shall have during that portion of such
thirty (30) days as he/she in fact survives me, the right to the
use and enjoyment as a life tenant of all property in which his/her
interest will fail. by reason of his/her death within such thirty
(30) nays.
5. I direct that all my estate, inheritance, succession,
transfer taxes and other taxes of a similar nature that may be
assessed in cOnsequence of my death, of whatsoever nature and by
whatsoever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid out of the income or
principal portion of my general estate, in the absolut8 discretion
of my Executrix to the same effect as if said taxes were expenses
of administrat.ion, and all property incl1.\dible in my taxable
estate, whether or not passing under this Will shall be free and
clear thereof.
