Hamil- ton, if he shall survive me by II period of thirty (30) days; butH my said husband does not so survive me, then equally to suoh of my chilc'lren as so survive me to be divided among them as they may determine, or, should they be unable to agree, as my Executor may decide. It is my wish, however, that my said sons who shall receive this bequest shall consider distr.tbuting all or any por- tion of this bequest unto either or both of my grand- sons, Denn is R. Hami lton and Steven E. Hami lton, as they may determine but w.i.th the fOllowing words of caution and guidance from me. My husband and I have heen genuinely concerned about the behavior, nature, chqracter and general attitude of my said qrandsons, and we are concerned that any gift that would he given to them would be squandered or used in ways wi th which we might not approve. We know and be- lieve that our two said sons (who live in proxmi ty to our said grandsons) understand our concerns and are generous enough to comply with this request in the event that distributions to either of my said grandsons should be warranted in their jUdgment, as a substitute for ours.
