Dear Mr. Myers:
In response' to the reqllest for an appraisal of real estate owned by
the Estate of Ethel R. Mellinger, I am set~ding yotl my estimation of
'fair market vallie. The property is located in the DorCitlgh of Shipperisburg,
Cumberland County and 1.8 known 118 301 Hollar Avenue, Sh1.ppansburg, PA.
The property cOllsists of a parcel. of land known as Lot Number 1 of Block
E of Plan of Hnllwood Heights and i" more fully described in the Cumberland
County Ranorder of Deeds Book 13 L, Page 500.
The lot is served by public wnter and sewer and is improved with a one
and one-half st.ory frnme house covered hy vinyl siding. Roofing i~
