I, WALrPH J. KmKP^TRICK, of North Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, PD., do make and publish this my Last Will
and Test,~mentl
1. I direct my hereinafter nambd EXDcutrix to pay my just
debts. fune~al expenses and coat of administration of my Eltate,
as soon as possible and convenient after my death.
2, I give, devise and bequHath all of my proporty, real and
personal, whatsoever and wheresonver situate, to my wife, Elsie
M. Kirkpatrick, to bn hers absolutely. Should the said Elsie M,
Kirkpatrick predecease me or should we die in a common disaster
ao that she could not reap the benefits of my Estate, I then direc
that all of my f:state shall pass to my children, share and share
alike. Should any child be under twenty-one years of age at the
time he would take under thi s Wil '[. I then direct that the share
of that child shall be held in trust by my daughter, Evelyn L.
Cleland; authorizing the said Trustee to use principal and income
as may be necessary for the support, ~intenanco. education. care
and medical Bxpenses of the said child, paying the remainlng sum
to said child when he or she becomes twenty-one years of ago.
Should any child of mine predecease me then his share shall pass
to his children.
3. I nominate and appoint my wife, Elsie M. Kirkpatrick,
Executri~ of this my Will. but should she predecease me or be
unable to act, I name Evelyn L. Cleland and Thelma J. King as
